2012 TOUR REVIEW THREAD-PLEASE SHARE YOUR 2012 MB CONCERT ADVENTURES WITH US HERE!!!!

HELLO EVERYONE, Since the 2011 Tour Review Thread is not playing nice and throwing us all back to the beginning lately, Gail asked if I would go ahead and start the 2012 thread. So here it is.. We can all share our excitement for Michael's upcoming touring and events in 2012 and chat and have fun here till the shows start in 2012.

Everyone is welcome to post and share their stories and pictures, videos from concerts and trips to see Michael do what he does best-SING!!!   Michael will be touring in 2012 starting so far with some shows the end of January.  There could be other events sooner too so if anyone attends a great Bolton event/concert, feel free to share your experience here.  I hope to have a review after the Chester, PA show on January 28th along with some other fans that have gotten tickets for that show and  the Atlantic City, NJ show on January 27th as well!  After that there are shows in Australia so far listed for 2012.  Following those shows we have the Concert for MBC and Traveler's Golf Event in June, 2012 and later on the MBC Gala in Sept.. We already have some exciting events to look forward to next year and I know there will be much more to come.

I am looking forward to another fun year of posts and sharing by the best Michael Bolton fans in the world on this forum.. I will post events to keep the thread moving along as the concerts come up as before.

Welcome everyone!!!!!

That Motown Cd'S gonna be the bomb. I'm ready. Don't get me wrong because I LOVE THE DUETS CE but this is really gonna be awesome. Boltonnut from L. A. CA who loves life&Michael Bolton :)

Know off topic but hope nobody minds a little announcement on here concerning one of Michael's band members, i.e. Nelson Braxton, guitarist, has become a father again and this time it is a little girl who is called Sophia and she was born on 15th August, at 8.06 a.m. and weighed in at 9 lb. 7 oz. and she was 7 days overdue.  Jade, his wife, put the announcement out on FB and thought, for all those not there, I would let you know on here.  They already have two sons, Harlem and Jayden and so now a beautiful little daughter as well.

Unfortunately, the town in Colorado's too far from Denver. Should Michael ever come to Denver or surrounding areas, you can bet I could make a week of it. Seeing Michael in concert&visiting with & meeting friends. Boltonnut from L. A. CA who loves life & Michael Bolton :)

Also, had I been living in MD, I'd try my best to go to the show in Dover DE. Wow! I wonder if anyone's going. Boltonnut from L. A. CA who loves life&Michael Bolton :) Gail, thanks for these updates, my friend.

Didn't know quite where to put this but as we are quiet on here might as well liven it up and it is to say Michael has tweeted a photo and his caption to the photo is:  "One of my favourite movies !!!"   I will put the photo below but for Sylvie and Robin CA and photo is of a cinemahouse advertising TWO films it is going to show and one is on Sunday and the other Monday and needless to say I have tweeted MB and asked him: "Which one, or both ??" and the films are "Face In The Crowd" and "Rear Window" .....a couple of other people have asked him; "which one??" and will let you know if he answers !!! :)   My vote goes to "Rear Window" with Grace Kelly and Jimmy Stewart !! :)

I second your vote, Wee One, Rear Window is a great movie. Hope MB tweets you with an answer and thanks for sharing with us.

I am a big Hitchcock fan and love Rear Window, so I would assume that's MB's pick.  But maybe not, I have never heard of or seen A Face in the Crowd 1957.  So I looked it up, Elia Kazan directed & produced, starring Andy Griffith, Patricia Neal, Anthony Franciosa, Walter Matthau, Lee Remick.  About a drunken drifter (Griffifth) who is helped out of jail by Neal and he has a singing tallent.  So he sings on the radio, is funny and charming and gets a huge local following, a TV show and on to fame and fortune but also has problems with how he handles it.
Reading a few comments I am starting to think this might be MB's pick after all.

"Another fruitful collaboartion between Kazan and Budd Schulberg (On the Waterfront), a poignant film about celebrity, the mass media, and the political process." EmanuelLevy.com
"A fascinating early look at the unholy alliance between politics and entertainment, the corporations controlling it all. With Griffith's wild performance, even though the film has its flaws, it's worth viewing." Kimberly Gadette Doddle.com
