Finding CD?

Thanks Dianna for looking at that maybe it was because it was at the top rather the bottom that it looked different to me - my eyes,eh ?? lol   Don't let Sylvie know I asked that question for she'll have my driving licence taken away from me if I think there is a difference between two blue labels that are exactly the same !! lol.

Bonjour Caroline, you see, I've told you that you should put your MB music on an Ipod, your friend is right! Good luck finding "Gems"! So have you moved to France for good? Just wondering. hi there my name is mags rachel mcquillan i am 38 and am from northern ireland co.antrim near to belfast i am also a good fan of michael bolton and his wonderful music michael has got an amazing voice too hes a great singer i have got a few of his music cds but am mayb looking to buy the new cd we have got quite a few shops or stores here in belfast but i dont reali think they would have michaels new cd album tho as some of these shops wont have it in stock and not in the charts either i also dont have a card to order from the net is there anyway or any were else i can mayb buy michaels new cd from?

Hi Gail,

I asked my local radio station to introduce Gems, resp. the German version "Duette", as their CD of the week. Now I received an Email from them saying that they are very interested in a feature about Gems, but they will wait until the album is available in Germany. As far as I could research I was shocked to realize, that the ordering/selling date for Gems in Germany has not only been postponed but completely cancelled?!?

Do you have any information about Gems/Duette in Germany? Asking for playing Gems songs on our radio stations also does not make any sense if the album will not be available here.

I so hope to hear good news from you.

Astrid, I was thinking it had already been released in Germany.  I found it on the amazon.de site and it isn't an import but I am checking to see what I can find out for you.  Gail

Hi Gail,

thank you so much. I checked it again (different city) and Gems is definetely not available in German stores. I was even refused to order an import and told to order via internet myself! That is a high barrier for MB Fans who are not used to do so.

Hey Gail,

 

I finally got to the other Best Buy in Brooklyn, located at Bay Parkway near the water (also know as the Cesars Bay Bazar mall).  They got 9 copies of Gems.....the most I've seen a store so far!!!!  Real Cool!!!  They have copies also of the Love Songs CD and the Greatest Hits....   :)

hi just thought i would add another reply or comment does anyone here kno were i can mayb download software or get some music thing to record singing to my michael bolton cds some songs i like to choose i think it would be a great idea to try and record ourselves singing along to our fave michael bolton songs too im sure michael would be very happy to listen to many of us singing along to his music i am at least trying to sing to my cds too but i kno its embarrassing as well tho and mayb michael can vote for the best ones   hope to hear from someone soon from mags x

That certainly isn't too bad an idea for a competition only thing is I don't really know how much time Michael would have to listen to us all singing and then to judge the best and at least there would be one less in the number entering - me - because I can't sing;  I am tone deaf !! :)  I don't know where you could get such equipment but I would imagine Amazon would be the best place to look for but somehow imagine could be pricey too if you wanted something of quality  !!

Have you managed Mags to get a copy of Michael's CD "Gems - The Duet Collection" yet or to order one from a local store ???
