Help Required Please

Hello I am wondering if you can help me please or point me in the right direction. Do you have any contact email addresses or telephone numbers for the VIP Reps at the concerts who give you the wrist bands and goodies etc. Just the reason being I would like to contact the one from newcastle as I would like to say Thank You to him and to also tell his boss of the kindness he showed me. I have a stammer and was really nervous to meet Michael. He put me at ease and he asked me if I would like to go first or last to see Michael. I went last as I could compose myself. I was very grateful to him for his kindness and it meant alot as a result of his kindness I was able to tell Michael what I wanted to say to him and I don't think I would of been able to do that if it wasn't for the kind gentleman. Don't even know his name. Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi Donna, I thought Sylvia had answered your question in the tour review thread sweetie. I understand you might be uncomfortable calling the venue on the phone, but have you thought of E-mailing customer service there? It might be worth a shot. In any case, good luck sweetie, take care. Just to let you know Sylvie everything has been sorted out with Donna's message for Guy. I gave Donna e-mail address and Guy got her e-mail for spoke to him last night in Southend.

Getting a chance to catch up for resting tonight before trip tomorrow and going to have an early night too !!! lol
