I have seen that the link provided seems not to be operative yet. You can call on the phone to www.entradas.com to the number (+34) 902 050 440. You can also buy the tickets in Caja Rural Segovia (going directly to the automatic cashes).

I do recommend you to call to entradas.com and buy the tickets directly there, because their site is out of order (although I have sent them an e-mail complaining, they might need some days to repair that).
