MEET & GREET

I´m a fan of Michael Bolton and have attended several of his concerts during the past 2 years: Barcelona & Madrid (January 2010); London (Feb 2010); Tenerife (June 2011), La Granja (Jul 2011), and I have been informed today that will be in Madrid for the Veranos de la Villa this year, july. I´ve tried several times to have a meet & greet, but it has been absolutely impossible. Could you help me some way to have a meet & greet for this concert? I´d be very thankful if I could meet and talk to him.

Hey Monica, Here's my solution....Now get ready, plan to be off work on this day, go to the venue & hang out all day, look for his Bus with the Band on it...Meet them....then have something ready to have signed by Michael, and if you don't meet him before the show, and they have a stage exit door, find it and then just hang out till you meet the Man, you will...so be ready! And have Fun....then come back and tell Us all about your experience:)! Have A great time on your night out with Michael:)!

Hi Monica and welcome to the forum. To try and meet Michael, there are many things you can try, but there are no garantees either way. You can follow Mary’s suggestions because that’s something we can all do. You can write to the Michael Bolton admin and state your case of why you want to meet Michael or you can try to write to the promoter of the event to find out if passes are available. Another option is to try and call your local radio stations where they play Michael’s music, to find out if they will have contests to win tickets or backstage passes, or if they’ll be interviewing him during his stay there. You might want to check auction web sites like EBay to findout if passes are being sold. That’s all I can think of, but you don’t need to have backstage passes to talk to him if you wait for him after the show. In any case, I hope that helps, good luck! Take care Monica. Well, I was waiting for him almost 2 hours at the end of London´s concert but he never appeared... :-(

And last year, at the end of La Granja´s concert, I waited until he left the theater in his car, stopped for 2 minutes, and that´s all, but it is not enough for me...

:-) You know, I´d like to speak with him... not only see him for some seconds....

ANyway, thank you for your advises and I´ll let you know if I´m successful or not!
