The 1st Annual Michael Bolton and Dave Mason Benefit Concert and Celebrity Golf Classic will take place on Sunday, September 26th at the Ojai Valley Inn & Spa, an historic resort featuring luxury accommodations, a championship golf course and Spa Ojai.

We will tee off at 9:00 a.m. at the world-class Ojai Country Club, one of the first great golf courses in California. Later that evening Michael and Dave will perform with their great bands and surprise musical guests. The evening will include a cocktail/dinner reception, silent and live auctions.

Your support will make it possible for The Michael Bolton Charities, established in 1993 to assist children and women at risk, to continue our funding to numerous agencies.

A portion of the proceeds from our event will benefit two local organizations:

Yoga Blue, Inc., a non-profit organization established in 2009 in Ojai by Winifred Wilson, whose mission is dedicated to teaching yoga to people in recovery from substance abuse, other self-destructive behaviors and domestic violence.

The Bogart Pediatric Cancer Research Program at Children’s Hospital in Los Angeles. The hospital has been treating the most seriously ill and injured in Los Angeles for more than a century and is known throughout the United States and around the world for its leadership in pediatric and adolescent health.

Thanks for pics Gail and doesn't half make you wish you had been there but at least we have our beautiful review of the whole event that we can look over ......nice when people share how wonderful events are that they have been to and especially of course when they have met Michael !! :)

Oh I definitely wish I could have gone...only the second on of his events I've missed since 1997!!  The airfare was just too much this time.

Oh that is a shame Gail but hey don't feel too bad for you know another time is bound to come again and you know too Michael fully understands why everyone can't be everywhere !! :)   Don't feel too bad either at having broken "your own record"  for that is some record, even with the breaks, but it can give you a "bad" feeling for a little while when you have done something consistently and then suddenly you can't for whatever reason and you can't half feel as though you have let yourself down in someway but this time Gail, just blame Michael for having taken it to Reno and I bet he missed his game of golf !!!! LOL.

I hear you about the airfare Gail. Heck just flying from Southern to Northern California was ridiculous so we drove!! Hope to "catch" you next time Gail :)

Thanks so much for that link Gail for those photos could keep you going from breakfast right through to dinner for I had to fast track them and stop whenever I saw Michael and it has still taken me about a hour to look through them......they are fantastic and the ones of him with Taryn and Holly are beautiful as are the ones with Ashley as is the one with Kathy LAFD.....just terrific to see them all, but I must say I do adore the one where Michael is just, or so it looks,  arriving with the sunglasses and hoodie on and giving an autograph....I really like that one !! :)   Thanks again Gail for they are terrific !! :)

Thanks a bunch Gail.. Love the ones from both events. Great memories from the concert in June in CT. I was sitting across the aisle from Stu when he was taking his pictures, I got some similar ones. His are much better of course.the one of MB pointing from the stage is him pointing to Ashley in the audience, I remember it!! LOL..Love everyone's photos with MB. Ashley and Tom, Kathy R..Gail and Linda etc.. I want to look more when I have time..

Thanks for mentioning Gail Robin MD because I must admit I hadn't gone that far....I had stopped after first set of Michael at CT but so pleased I took another look for most definitely the pictures of you Gail are terrific and great to to see Joyce Logan as well....does that girl ever change ??? lol.   Also of course too the pictures of Michael with his mom, Helen, for they really are super and can I ask, the girl who is at the side and then comes into photos, is that Sandra and I say that because she doesn't half resemble Orrin......even if it isn't Sandra she still looks like Orrin ?? :)

Hey Sylvia, I think that is Sandra too, but not sure...The other gal in the pic with Gail and Joyce Logan in the pink is Kathy Benoit that worked for Fan Emporium for many years in the merchandise dept. She was so nice to call and talk to over the years..I know Joyce never changes.. Orrin was not at the event in Hartford this year.  His mom is a sweetie as always, love the pics with her too.

I'm not sure about the girl on the side but the one in the picture with Michael and his mom is Sandra...she has on a hat.

It was so much fun seeing Joyce again and meeting Kathy face to face for the first time.  We have talked for years but never met her. She was always a sweetheart.  ...and you are right...Joyce looks the same now as she did 20 years ago!!!

Thanks Gail.  I wondered if that was Sandra.. So glad it worked out for you to meet Kathy B..finally after all these years working with her and seeing Joyce again..Both such sweet ladies.. Was a fun concert/golf event in June.
