Miscellany but exceptionally relevant information about, or from Michael on, MB.

Thought I would start this thread for there does appear, at times, to be different relevant articles, tweets, retweets, pictures etc relating to Michael but not really fitting into an already recognized thread nor, each of them individually, being able to be grouped together where a relevant thread could be started and so decided on this "Miscellany" thread.   

I hope you agree with its relevance and that you enjoy everything that is put in as well as hoping that many will find interesting tidbits about Michael that can be included and help to make this, whilst a serious sharing of information, a FUN page to be able to visit too and, as is my intention, somewhere that everything which does not have a particular "home" can be placed, so that is all grouped together and can be easily found and located if someone wants to look at.

Here now, so that we can all focus on the main reason for this thread, is a beautiful picture of the "Theme" of the thread.......wonder if MB has ever been called that before ???? LOL. 

 

 

Believe this one definitely belongs in here for I would say sharing with us that coconut sorbet is his favourite dessert is both miscellaneous and more than extremely relevant to the "THEME" of this website and in particular, to this thread  !! LOL.

Thanks so much for that link Gail for that is a super interview and wish Bruce well and love the shots they show of Michael and hopefully will make a few people detour to YouTube and look him up and realize he really is a "rocker at heart" !!! :)   Thanks again Gail !!! :)

Getting to stage not too sure where to put these ones !! LOL   It is a tweet from Michael today with a picture of all pastries laid on a shop counter and he does make mention of recording studio and that is why I wondered if to put in that thread or here...put it in both ???? LOL   Here is his tweet with pic.

Whether he is going to be on programme or he was just in studios, no idea and have to say I will have to check on "NewsRoom" for not a programme we have over here, or, at least, I don't believe so.

Thanks Gloria for that information....thanks !!! :)   I did look up some things on it after Michael had tweeted but I can't work out if the series is actually finished or, is all the talk of it stopping, part of the show ??? lol  Some people on Twitter were asking Michael if he was going to be on and there were a couple from the UK who said it was a great show but whether they have seen it in the States or, whether it is available on our Sky programmes, I don't know.   Wait for the next instalment from Mr. Bolton to find out what is going on !!! LOL

Michael has sent tweet asking us to check out a new singer and band, launched by Desmond Child, called "De La Torre" singing Zedd's "Beautiful Now" and here is his tweet....

Have to say I rather enjoyed the song, and singer, is certainly not hard on the eyes .. here I go again, wishing I was at least 40 years younger !!! LOL

Michael will perform tomorrow in Washington DC at the NAB (National Associatrion of Broadcasters) Foundation's 17th Annual Celebration of Service to America Awards at which the actor/humanatarian, Gary Sinise, will be awarded the Celebration of Service to America Leadership Award.  Here is link giving details

Link into page giving details about tonight's NAB Education Foundation's 17th Annual Gala at which Michael will perform and it states the times, i.e. 6 - 7 pm is a reception with dinner and presentation of awards from 7 - 9.30 p.m.  It also includes a short video showing you past winners and giving you a view of what the layout of the venue is like and for Sylvie and Robin it is laid out with round tables holding what looks like approx. ten people at each and it is very, very much a black tie event.  The award is a sculpture of a flying bald eagle, which is quite large and looks absolutely wonderful and is either in alabaster, or marble, as it is white.  BTW Michael has retweeted one of the tweets put out yesterday saying that he was taking part.
