Just got notified that you had put this message in here Lady Berlin on Monday.....getting all e-mails tonight about things entered in the website on Monday or whenever, certainly not entered tonight, even about a blog and a whole load of other stuff......thought everyone had suddenly wakened up today but I suppose getting notified at all is better late than never !!! :)
Thanks for your explanation about the case and I suppose it boils down to the fact that people are in business to make money and whatever way they can see of doing that they will do it and if it doesn't suit us, are they really wrong and there are so many videos on youtube that break copyright laws but if they were all banned youtube would go out of business and I really believe the larger companies just let it ride because they see an element of advertising their goods that they don't have to pay for within youtube but if GEMA want to prove a point which, I suppose they have, by winning their case, then that is up to them !!! :)

Have found another one and this is from Perth, 17th April, and it is Michael and Kelly Levesque singing HAISTLWY.....the sound is a bit distorted at certain points and then it clears but comes back and I don't know what it is but there quite a few videos on youtube even ones from Adelaide but they are all sounding the same....there is terrible interference and distortion and it is a pity because from Adelaide there is one where MB is singing "Go The Distance" but, oh, sound is harsh !!

Think possibly the way Michael almost turned away that they thought he had finished the song especially too with the usual "roar" at that point but did notice too that quite a few of the videos that have been uploaded are like Dianna's in that they are short segments so wonder also if people were too aware of the "camera police" or they were on them and had to stop filming but as you say Sylvie, great to hear MB, no matter what !! :)
