Ok Gang....
I finally listen to Orrin's CD this evening and this is what I think.... First, I thought that I heard his voice from somewhere...like it sounded familar or something.... anyway, my favorite songs...in no special order:
Don't let the last word be Goodbye
Baby your're my reason (I like the guitar solo)
Everthing Matters
She loves to Love (I like the beat)
She don't let Nobody (love the carribean feel and beat to this song...I think it's my Favorite!)
Take a Vacation - (my next Favorite!)
Hawaiian Surprise
Freedom song
I also liked Orrin's autograph, really cute...he drew a heart with wings, and as I told Sylvie I have a shirt with the same design..LOL!
Now that we are into the Christmas season, I will be listening to more Christmas music....but once the holidays are over and we start thinking spring and summer...this CD will be on quite often!! So I'm glad that I got it and recommend it to all!! Hope to see Orrin live next year too!!

Hi Helena, thanks for posting your review, I’m really glad you enjoyed it! Everybody seems to enjoy “Don’t let the last word be goodbye” right away. I love “Everything matters” too, it has a great message. Your other favorites are fun to listen to, aren’t they? Helena, if you do go see Orrin, I dare you to wear that shirt of yours! Lol You know Helena, I find that Orrin’s CD with the reggae feel is really nice to listen to in the dead of winter, when you need a little warmth… Oops, I’m talking about his first CD now! I'm glad you're enjoying Orrin's CD "Liv'n Like A Man". I'll definitely let him know. One of my favorite memories is listening to Orrin sing a song to a small group of us...just him & his guitar after a Fan Reception on "Gala" weekend several years ago.

That sounds really cool....just Orrin and his guitar! I sent Orrin a message thru his web site to tell him what I thought about his CD. Don't know if he will answer me, but it would be nice. :)
Hey Sylvie....The shirt with the design has long sleeves, so if he comes to New York in the summer time for a concert (fingers crossed!!), I don't think I would wear it. It's a casual shirt... I wonder if he autograph's all the CD's like that, or was that something he did off the top of his head? Well I thought it was cute...LOL!

Hey Helena, if you read the description on his site, Orrin says his autographs are personalized and unique and they are: everyone gets a different signature. Yep, keep my fingers crossed that you can even go see him because I'd like a report... :D I never got to see him perform live... Maybe one day... Well thanks for letting me know that Sylvie! It's nice to know that we all get something different when it comes to his autographs....that is cool! :)
Thanks Anna....I have heard only nice things about Orrin...sounds like a real nice guy! I hope if anyone from this forum goes to his concert in December, they will give us a review and show as some pictures as well...that would be great! I guess we will see......
