Hi Jennifer,
Where are the snippetts you found of Orrin's songs?
I have the Freedom CD of Orrin's and was waiting to see him put out more material and did not know he has.
I have always liked his regae' beat.and wished he would have done more with his Brother. JMO
Hey Kellie, Orrin's CD has only been out since last Sunday and you can order it by clicking on the "merchendise" link on the new Orrinbolton.com web site. It's been a long time coming and Orrin put a lot of hard work into it. I completely agree about Michael and Orrin singing together, I think they'd sound wonderful together and I've told Orrin a few times. He told me if the right song came along,it would be great fun to perform/record. I think the boys missed a couple of good opportunities like the reggae version of SILYBIL and "Ready for you", so I share your opinion Kellie! Take care. Hugs, sincerely, Sylvie from Canada
Oh...you mean the snippets are from his first album, Freedom, right Jen? 4 of those songs are included as bonus tracks on Liv'n Like A Man. The new album, not available at CD Baby, can only be purchased at www.orrinbolton.com. Don't Let The Last Word Be Goodbye IS indeed awesome!
Hi again Jen, I'm sorry sweetie, but where did you hear "Don't let the last word be goodbye"? It's not on the CDBaby.com page you posted for Kellie... Did you find the clip elsewhere? Well, let us know when you can, take care. Hugs, sincerely, Sylvie from Canada
Gail I loved that song too. Kathy and I were like, whoa fantastic song. Hmmm I may have to get a copy if that one is on there, I couldn't remember the title. THANKS!!!
Robin :)
Hi all, I’ve just received my “Liv’n like a man” CD yesterday and I love it, not that I ever had a doubt! It was so great to hear Orrin’s voice again! The style is more uniform than the first album I’d say. It has kind of a folk/blues/rock thing going on. I understand why Gail and Robin liked “Don’t let the last word be goodbye” so much: I think it’s AC radio-friendly! He reinserted 4 songs from the previous album, but the “Freedom” song was re-recorded with slightly different lyrics. The whole album to me feels like your old favorite plaid flannel 70’s shirt, you know what I mean? It’s been a long process for Orrin and the results are a bunch of terrific songs. I know I’m buyist but I love it! Take care all and hope you get it and hear for yourself! Hugs, sincerely, Sylvie from Canada
Orrin has updated his website with new photos and a brief bio! Be sure to check it out! And, if you haven't already done so, you can order his new CD "Liv'n Like A Man"....definitely worth it.
Hey Helena, good for you, you won't regret it! I was just listening to it 5 minutes ago... It's really a great album, God bless you for buying it sight unseen! Thanks for supporting Orrin and thanks for sharing girl. Maybe you can come here and tell everyone how you like it when you get it? Well, have a great day Helena, take care. Hugs, sincerely, Sylvie from Canada
