Wow, Michael thankyou for coming to Perth and thank you for the musical journey that you took us all on last night, it was amazing and I can't wait for you to come back.

My night started when I saw you in the foyer, yes I was the woman sitting on the chair reading a book.  I looked up and thought I know that guy and then realised it was you. I have to tell you that it was funny watching the other females go all girly while I still sat there reading lol.

Thank you once again, words are just not enough.

Usually tho once you are at the stage after he's back from the audience they don't stop you. MB usually doesn't mind but sometimes it's the venue people that have a policy and if his people don't tell them it's ok, they will ask you to stop taking flash photography at least during the first part of the show. It can vary from venue to venue.

Good luck!
Robin :)
Oh ok well even then i wont use flash, i prefer using higher iso, etc to get shots to flash as it usually blacks out the background etc , may try a few with flash if it seems to be ok, but with spandau i turned the flash off again to capture the whole scene :)

My other concern is the crowd will stay sitting, i read a review that said the crowd remained seated until he was in thwe audience singing, after he sings im gonna be ready to grab my place at the stage incase everyone comes forward :)
Everyone usually stands up once he's on the packing box in the aisle singing WAMLAW to see him and we all usually are standing too and waiting for him to get back on the stage so we can go to the stage. Hopefully people will be standing!!!
I hope it all goes well for you!

Just about everywhere I have ever been to see Michael and I have been alot of places, I have never had trouble taking pictures except for Las Vegas!! It is best not to use a flash as to not draw attention to ya, unless until everyone around you are taking them. In Vegas, they actually took cameras away if you were on the first few rows if they saw you taking them. That is my only one I don't have pictures of!! Some venues will try to stop you, just put it away for a little while until a few songs into the concert and then they stop noticing!! When he is out in the center singing, go on up to the stage as no one will notice because he will actually motion for the crowd to come up there when he gets back on stage!! You do know ahead of time when he will be going out there, right? ( If not, it will be on his second time he leaves the stage and the band plays a song or two) Works everytime!! All the attention is on him out in the middle!!! Yeah, alot of times people will stay seated until he comes out, but I always end up standing up now and then as I really enjoy it too much to stay in my seat!!! Enjoy the concert!!
OMG i think i will have to try get them up, maybe if i wear my platforms and stand up LOL :)
But i would think when he comes out everyone will jump up to applaude and i usually stay up and dance, if he starts with a slow song i may be doomed to my seat :(
Yeah the camera bit is very tricky, you can refuse to give them your camera or even Memory card by law, but they can boot you out too if its been made clear the rules are no photos.
they can also sue you over your photos, but that rarely works as you took them in a public place and own the rights pretty much, ive done alot of research as i bought a camera for concerts and didnt want it taken :)

Las Vegas may have other laws though too, being casinos they have laws about camera use for security etc etc :) God id love to have seen him in Vegas, i LOVE Vegas, hoping for trip number 4 there soon :)
lol I'll have to keep track of his tour schedule, I'm going to Vegas in 2 years and fingers crossed he's performing. that would be such a highlight.
I have had a few venues over the years that don't let you go to the stage, we had to sit back down. It was disappointing..No way can you chair dance to the 2nd half of the show. It's not been often, but a few times..We've had front row and stood too if people on back some behind us didn't stand up while he was in the aisle. Seems like at first sometimes the people don't get it and then finally do stand the longer he's out there and realize that's where he is, us old timers know where and when to look!!LOL. Being in front row you can stand anyway, you aren't blocking anyone-and get to the stage in a blink!!LOL
I've had mixed issues about cameras at venues over the years, some places take the camera, some tell people put them away and some don't mind, again it sometimes depends on I think if MB's people have told them it's ok and how strict their own camera policy is. But usually once the crowd is at the stage no one minds..

Good luck!
Robin :)
Glad you enjoyed!!!
