I'd love to hear Michael do the song "If I could bring back the time"&I may have it wrong by R. Kelly. That's one sad song. I have it by R. kelly. I still say "These Arms of mine." I mean in the studeo&yeah, in concert.

I'm still trying to think of the song by R. Kelly that I'd love for Michael to do&to have the same musical arrangement&backup. How about Shylvie from Canada&me backing him up. :D Oh, it is "If I could turn back the hands of time" I do believe.

Was this the thread you meant me to find, Helena - cause reading above - you called it "nutty" - I don't find anything nutty about it all - is it not just our norm.!  lol.       I'm going to turn it into something "nutty" I would love to hear Michael sing a song he, so far, hasn't covered - I'm going to start working on him the same way I am on Oprah - and the song is - surprise, surprise : "Sylvia" by Mario Lanza - what do you think of it - okay, no rude comments - you just have to say - "not a lot!"

It would be beautiful though - it really would -  oh Michael, if perchance you ever read this section - please, oh please my dear, go to YouTube (OMG that sounds so romantic - I don't think - more like Elton John and his surrogate) and listen to Mario Lanza singing Sylvia - it is oh, it is just beautiful - I know you would want to sing it - oh, I know you would and I too would love to hear your sweet, sweet melodic voice singing my name - ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh  !!!!!!!!!  Told you I was going to start working on him !!!!!!!!!!!!    LOL LOL LOL.

Now it's starting to get nutty in here....LOL!  I like it!!

 

I listened to a bit of "Sylvia", this song is a little old fashion for my taste.  Sorry my Wee friend.....  But if Michael wanted to sing it, I'm sure he would!  I'm not that big on opera type music, and my dad used to get annoyed at me for that....but I can't help it!!  The only operatic type singer I like is Jay Black of Jay and the Americans.  Have you ever heard the song "Cara Mia".... here goes....

I have 45's and a albulm of their Greatest Hits.  Saw him in concert years ago too....what a voice!!  He should sing a duet with Michael.....If you have time, listen to a few other songs of his on You tube.

You mean there's someone who has heard "Juliet" by Robin Gibb. Have&love it, Juliet. That could be interesting Michael doing that one. I don't know though. LOVE THE BEE Gees but that's another topic.

I do understand that your beef with the song “Sylvia” is Mario’s operatic crooner sound and that’s okay. My mom loved Mario but hated opera, ironic, huh?
