Target CD

Hi, 

Does anyone know why you can't buy the Live CD online from Target? When it was first released, I thought you could..but when I was finally able to actually order it, it said stores only. I looked on e-bay, but that is way too complicated for a technolgically challenged person like me. There is not a Target that close by me, and I have little hope of getting there any time soon.
