Traveler's Pro-Am Golf Championship

Thought some might be interested in reading an extract from an article concerning the Traveler's Pro-Am Golf Championship held in Cromwell, CT, on Wednesday, 22nd June, at which Michael took part :-

"Downpours reduce star-studded even to nine holes.

For the second straight year, singer Michael Bolton, participated in the tournament. He also performed a benefit show Tuesday night at the Bushnell in Hartford.

Unfortunately, for the players and fans, thunderstorms limited play to nine holes with the afternoon group teeing off two hours behind schedule. Two time British Open Champion Padraig Harrington's team won the event with a 10-under-par 25."

Thanks Sylvia, MB got thru to the 14th and then got rained out. We were then glad he had that early T-off time. Yes he had his own umbrella out there when the rains began to come down fairly heavily maybe around the 12th. We were sure lucky the early part of the day was ok, just cloudy. It was a fun day despite the rain ending it early for us following MB. He was having fun too which was great to see!!! LOL

So glad you had the opportunity to be there Pilar and to meet Robin and the other girls and I hope you did have a super holiday ..... how could you not having Michael appearing in the middle - wow - that is the way to plan a holiday !!! :)
