Welcome everyone to the 2016 Tour Review Thread!   The upcoming year is going to be exciting with many concerts scheduled already around the globe!!!MB has some Canada and USA shows in February and March 2016 and then he heads to the UK in April 2016!!!  This is the best time to be a Bolton fan with so many concerts and we may have a Michael Bolton Charities event later in the year, we never know. Michael has multiple projects in the works and he is good at keeping us guessing. I appreciate the opportunity to start a new thread once again for 2016 to give us all a place to share the best part of being a fan--- experiencing Michael in person doing what he does best-SING!!!!!!

I am looking forward to another fun year of posts and sharing great times by the best Michael Bolton fans in the world on this forum. I will post events to keep the thread moving along as the concerts come up as I have in the past.

Happy Concert Time again in 2016!! Let the year long concert party begin soon!!

Ha yeh different venues, but being from up north we used to cold!!! Was Lowery last time, Appollo this and don't recall a prob at either over the years, fingers crossed. RAH always the top ! Had a logia box last time which was different, but sooner be it in the crowd and able to get up and dance with the rest!!! Going with a friend who doesn't really know Michaels music, so boy is she in for fun!!! Warned her I will be up at the first opportunity!!! Think worse venue was Liverpool, seem to have too many people at the front who "owned" their seats and went to see whoever was on and complained all the time that we were up on feet dancing!!! Enjoy Brighton, keep us updated and I will too!!! Xx

Cheers Sylvia...yeah I already know that.. I've changed a bit since then as well... ha..ha

Well been keeping up with his music and stuff but too busy with listening to others artists like Meat Loaf and FM and few more to mention...

Okay, a bit of variety and all that...Documentary about Meat Loaf on BBC 4 tonight, 9pm.

cheers margaret for this... In and Out Of Hell... Although The UK was the first to see it...when it was first aired last year. The US didnt see it for a month later...Its a repeat but will watch it again as of late havent been watching much.. its the first time really next week when I go to see Michael that I have been out socially to anything due to health problems

For information have received revised details concerning Miracle VIP Packages for Michael's shows in UK and it is that VIP Desks will be open from 7.30 pm till Michael goes on stage for you to collect your laminate and gifts.  Have also received information that details concerning RAH, London will be released shortly.

Have to say I'm not very pleased and where felt times previously given were ridiculous for being far too early, 7.30 is too late.  On some of my tickets I have that show is supposed to start at 7.30.  Is Gabrielle Opening Act and she will be on stage then so you don't get to watch her if you want to.  Also, purely from my point of view, if show has started theatre is going to be dark and I found some of them dark enough to not be able to see well even when the lights were on in 2014....LOL  Sounds like fun times ahead and have a guess who is writing an e-mail to Gigs & Tours ... me ???

Hi Sylvia

Felt at the time of booking , seats for vip were far too expensive and far too many of them.Always got in first 5 rows before without vip payment. Having a daughter who lives in London and has got us last min Tkts for top shows for next to nothing, I think they reserve top rows then sell off cheaper at last minute. Obviously if they selling 10 rows plus vip, that is a lot of people to accomodate , so I took the view, see Michael twice and enjoy or once and join the melee . Will be interested to see what price top seats go for .

Markham, sorry about your health issues. I pray they continue to improve.

Thanks Robin... I'm getting there!!!

Seeing Michael perform live will no doubt give you a boost.
Listening to "Go the Distance" is a great motivator for me when my confidence drops a bit.

Hi Julie and in actual fact although they say about number of rows included in all VIP Packages it is NOT all the seats only a certain amount are given over to the packages.  I have a seat for row D at a venue and it is ordinary price and bought on day tickets went on sale.  Also had another one for a row C but I've upgraded as had a little win on Lottery Scratchcard and spent winnings that way.  Also in 2014 I had VIP Packages at a couple of venues and people I was sitting next to did not and at one of those venues we were in second row.   At both venues there were not the number of people who could have been sitting in the number of rows designated for only about 30 to 40 or so at actual M&G.
