WELCOME TO THE 2015 TOUR REVIEW THREAD!!

Welcome everyone to the 2015 Tour Review Thread!   The upcoming year is going to be exciting with many concerts scheduled already around the globe!!! Those of you attending some of the Florida concerts in January,  2015 may see the upcoming Dreamjobbing winner performing as a backup singer for Michael!!  Feel free to share the details of your concert adventures, photos, etc.  This is the best time to be a Bolton fan with so many concerts and we may have a Michael Bolton Charities event later in the year, we never know. Michael has multiple projects in the works and he is good at keeping us guessing. I appreciate the opportunity to start a new thread once again for 2015 to give us all a place to share the best part of being a fan--- experiencing Michael in person doing what he does best-SING!!!!!! 

I am looking forward to another fun year of posts and sharing great times by the best Michael Bolton fans in the world on this forum. I will post events to keep the thread moving along as the concerts come up as I have in the past. 

Happy Concert Time in 2015!! Let the year long concert party begin!!

Right now the only thing I can add is that I am totally devastated that we left and he came out like ten minutes later! I thought we would just see him leave Joy, Joyce and I were standing with Sally and her friend and if I thought he was going to do pictures and signing in the dark I NEVER would have left!! When I heard that I was in tears all night! LOL! There aren't any more concerts scheduled around here but who knows maybe something will come up! Had a total blast and Michael was amazing and yes this crowd was definitely jamming! Got his hand and the play list again YAY!! The lighting and my camera both regular and cell did not agree with each other so my pictures aren't that great but will try to get some good ones up from both concerts later! And meeting up with everyone made the night even more special!!!

My phone was dieing, so I didn't take pictures. Dawn did, I just have to see if I can get them out of her. He looks sort of orange though. Lol He was pretty quick leaving after the show, guess he really wanted to get home fast. But was really great with taking his time with people. I expected him to drive by and wave like usual, but Milo said only 1 autograph item, I was surprised. The first thing Dawn and I said to each other was that you guys just left!

I did ask him when he was going to get Doug James to do something with him and he said "he's the best" and thanked be by name. I loved that! Even though I told him what it was. Lol. It was how it sounded coming from him!

Lee and Sally, thanks so much for sharing your fun time with us: sounds like it was a blast! Cool there were 20-somethings that may not even have been born when TLT was released attending the show... :D It's also nice to know 20-somethings can still enjoy good music. Thanks for sharing your review Sally and Leonarda thanks for posting too!. Sounds like a great show. I'm glad to hear you all had a better, fun and rockin crowd last night!!! That makes it alot of fun all way around!!!  Any new songs?????

That's nice he stopped, never know when he can and when he cannot do that. It's fun to wait! Been there done that!LOL

I think we were confused over the back up singer. Friday she had long blond straight hair and Sunday it was short and curly. I thought in both cases it was Ashley, but a few other people said it was a different girl.

Same songs as AC. Intro was Hercules, Soul Provider, Love is a Wonderful Thing, To Love Somebody, Dock of the Bay, Said I Loved
You, You Don't know me, Sweet Home Chicago. Duets, To Make You Feel My Love, How Am I, Ain't No Mountain, The Prayer, Nessun Dorma. Amanda did That's what Love is All About, Missing You, Back on My Feet. When a Man Loves A Woman, How Can We Be Lovers, TLT with Lean on me as the Oncore. Steel Bars is on the set list, but he didn't do it at either show.

He didn't do Soul Provider or Steel Bars in Durham, I hope to get them at my upcoming shows. Steel Bars was on the setlist I have from there too.

As far as I know as of now it's Ashley up there, she maybe just did her hair differently or something maybe?

LOL Sally. If he came out singing first thing it was Soul Provider most likely he opened the show with. If he came out and talked first and went right over to the stool to sit and play guitar and start with To Love Somebody then he probably didn't do SP. Unless the setlist is totally swapped around as far as SP.   Does that help?  I am just curious if he will put a requested song from here in there at some point.

Hi Robin in MD, judging from the setlist, technically, "Love is a wonderful thing" was one on the request list and you know he hadn't done it since 2004, prior to this year. I thought I was losing it! He did come out with Soul Provider then went right into To Love Somebody. I asked someone with a better memory. lol I believe he dropped Wonderful Thing.

Thanks so much Sally for your review and it sounds a super show and have seen videos from and the atmosphere comes over wonderfully on them especially "Lean On Me" it is a wonderful video.  Loved the bit where he stood back completely and let the audience sing that was terrific.  Because of having seen the videos can say that it is definitely Ashley who was at the show and she has also said on FB about touring with Michael on these shows and she put out her tour schedule.
