WELCOME TO THE 2017 TOUR REVIEW THREAD!!
Welcome everyone to the 2017 Tour Review Thread! The upcoming year is going to be exciting with concerts scheduled already for 2017!! MB has some USA shows starting off the year in January and more shows through early April so far and I’m sure many more to come around the globe as the year unfolds! Also exciting for 2017 is the February 10th release of Songs of Cinema and I am betting a few more songs from the CD will make it in the tour setlist! Woo Hoo! This is the best time to be a fan with MB’s concerts and we may have a Michael Bolton Charities event later in the year, we never know. Michael has multiple projects in the works and he is good at keeping us guessing. I appreciate the opportunity to start a new thread once again for 2017 to give us all a place to share the best part of being a fan--- experiencing Michael in person doing what he does best-SING!!!!!!
I am looking forward to another fun year of posts and sharing great times by the best Michael Bolton fans in the world on this forum. I will post events to keep the thread moving along as the concerts come up as I have in the past.
Let the year long concert party begin and I wish concerts for all of you in 2017!! I know many fans are on other social media sites but I do hope we can continue with the exciting tour reviews here in 2017! You all make the thread fun.

LOL Ann and LOVE it !!!! lol I told you, forget Rabbie Burns, Keats and Wordsworth, you've got it so GO for it !!! lol Now you've got the lyrics whose writing the tune or are we using the original to "Lost in Paris" or going to ask MB to help us out ????? LOL I'll definitely do the backing vocals and can I do the dancing too because I'm good at going round in circles ?!?!? LOL

Well this is just the first verse, and I'm so pleased you like it so far!!!
We are using the original music to "Lost In France" as I'm quite good with lyric writing but not music writing!!!
Maybe MB would write us a tune as I'm sure he'd be really impressed with our song, oh and you're definitely back up singer and dancer Sylvia as you can dance until you're dizzy just like in Poole!!! Hey maybe it should be written dizzy in Poole!!!! Lol
We could have a hit song on our hands and be Michael's support act on the 2018 tour!!!! LOL

Could you tell me here I got "Lost in Paris" from ???????????????? LOL I went into YouTube and found a song called "Lost in Paris" but didn't think much of the tune and didn't really think those lyrics went with it BUT "Lost in France" (Bonny Tyler) whole different ball game !!! LOL I've just wakened up about 3 weeks tooooooo late !!! LOL
Listening to Bonny those lyrics do go well and whilst listening I was choreographing the whole song and tell you something else......I've got my hair cut know like hers: do you think I could kid on I'm Bonny Tyler ?????
What you could introduce to lyrics is a little bit of "Ooooo La Lah" OR "Oooooo la Poole" !!! ROFL
Poole is sure one experience we are NEVER going to forget ... from the disasters to the laughter, from the fun to the MAGIC !!!!!!!! lol.
Ann I was literally rolling on the floor when read your last sentence and hey, do you think we could get Gail to send it to Michael as a suggestion, or, as one of the best laughs he's probably had all year.... us two his opening act, oh dear God in heaven, the boy's career would be finished !!!!!!!!!! LOL

Oh Margaret, FANTASTIC and can hear it !!!! lol Do you fancy being a backing singer with me and then we could go as a trio for Michael's opening act .... Ann out front and us two dancing and singing the chorus: can see it and can hear the applause !!! Do you think I'm still asleep and dreaming, by any chance ?!?! Hmm, I can see it, but if I'm singing, I don't hear applause, and yes, you are either dreaming or on strong medication.
Let me think a while about a name...it's got to be memorable...because we certainly will be...for all the wrong reasons!

Mararet that might make a second verse, first one stays the same as we went through that experience, and don't forget a song is made up of lyrics that form a story...

Yep I consider myself NOT tone deaf and have somewhat of a voice, so no problem about belting this out on stage, backing singers get practicing as MB ain't gonna need a support act next year as he's got us!!!!

Yep, that's a good one, keep on creating! Haven't managed a name yet, closest to anything decent has been South Coast Spinners or Circular Motion. Will continue to ponder.
