Welcome everyone to the 2017 Tour Review Thread!   The upcoming year is going to be exciting with concerts scheduled already for 2017!!  MB has some USA shows starting off the year in January and more shows through early April so far and I’m sure many more to come around the globe as the year unfolds!  Also exciting for 2017 is the February 10th release of Songs of Cinema and I am betting a few more songs from the CD will make it in the tour setlist!  Woo Hoo!  This is the best time to be a fan with MB’s concerts and we may have a Michael Bolton Charities event later in the year, we never know. Michael has multiple projects in the works and he is good at keeping us guessing. I appreciate the opportunity to start a new thread once again for 2017 to give us all a place to share the best part of being a fan--- experiencing Michael in person doing what he does best-SING!!!!!!

I am looking forward to another fun year of posts and sharing great times by the best Michael Bolton fans in the world on this forum. I will post events to keep the thread moving along as the concerts come up as I have in the past.

Let the year long concert party begin and I wish concerts for all of you in 2017!! I know many fans are on other social media sites but I do hope we can continue with the exciting tour reviews here in 2017!  You all make the thread fun.

Happy Concert Time again in 2017!!

Thanks Paula for your review and so glad you had a super time and got to meet some BB's and, of course, hope one day your dream of meeting Michael does come true.  On my bucket list is getting to Vegas so, hey, we might meet up one day !!! :)

Stacey is a fan but also has met Holly and Michael before apart from working in some capacity for the Casino (not too sure what she does) but she is involved in casino stuff and she lives in Las Vegas and it was her who initially shared the pic on Instagram and then Holly put it into her sequence of pics from Vegas.  I only have connection with her as she started following me on Twitter, year's ago, because she is originally from Scotland ... it's a small world !!! :)

Thanks again for review Paula and good to see you on here and you take care !!! :)

Thanks for your review Paula.  I am so glad you had an incredible night and MB always gives the best concerts! After all these years I never get tired of them, just want to go to the next and the next!!

I am so glad you met Robin Rehder, she and I used to go to the same shows back here in the East when she lived here back in the day. We are buddies. Leesa is a nice lady too, all the gals are. I've met her too over the years seeing MB!

Thanks again for sharing that you had a great time Paula!

Post often as you like!

Hi Paula! I also was in Vegas and I don't think I met you formally but may have chatted with you as there were lots of Michael fans in Vegas that night :) At any rate if you attend Michael's concerts annually in Vegas I wil definitely make sure to introduce myself next year for I will be there :) Glad you had a great time and Michael was wonderful on Sunday even though it was soooo hot!!! It was a fun concert and the band was having a great time also!! So glad you also had a great time :)

Hi Robin!
Actually we did meet in the casino after the concert. You were with Lisa & 2 other ladies.
Lisa is such a sweetheart! I'd only met her one time before & yet she greeted me with a big hug like she'd known me forever. It made me feel so good!
P. S.
Lisa, if you see this, you were sitting right in front of me at the concert & I loved the blouse you were wearing with the music symbols. I need to get one of those!!

Paula, it's coming back to me. I remember now. Thanks for dusting the dust feathers off my brain. We were talking a good while. I also know I met Suzy & an Alison as well. Cool. Loved the show.

Hi Paula, I'm one of the other two ladies with Robin. Leesa doesn't get on here much but I will tell her to! Nice to meet you, hopefully next time we can meet up before the concert.

Lynn

Gorgeous photo. Beautiful smiles from all . Thank you Sylvia .

Hi Everyone & here I go. I did get to meet up with Elaine & Leesa Thursday. We 3 had a lovely dinner at Elaine's along with my sister & brother-in-law. We had an awesome time. Sunday, Elaine & I went to the Cannery hotel & casino & had a late lunch at the Victory Café. While we were munching :), Milo & Joe (the merchandise guy) were there but we didn't want to disturb them. Though, later, guess who popped into the café? It was Joey Melotti. Many of you know who he is. He was there with his children which was cool. I got to speak with Joey & Milo briefly. Didn't want to intrude. Anyway, then, who shows up? No, not Michael but Brian Vechtol (pardon spelling) & hisfemale friend. Her name escapes me. It was awesome. I complimented his piano playing. Then, later, while we were visiting with Leesa, Lynn from Georgia came. We'd met numerous times. One time, Lynn & I went somewhere & met up with Ruki. Holly passed by us--I mean, not ignoring us but not knowing who we were though I met Holly at an MBC back in 2002. Well, Leesa & I went to pick up Elaine's ticket. She was indecisive as to whether to go so, she got a seat in the bleachers. Well, we went to the show & we sat together. This girl came to her seat. She saw an empty seat up front & her name was Kathy so, after all, Elaine got to sit with me in Section 3, Row C (3rd) seat 34 while I had seat 35 & on the aisle. Not a bad bleacher seat, right? :) Well, Good ole' "Stand by Me" started. I first thought it was "Love Is a Wonderful thing" oops, my bad hearing or conveniently deaf. Well, what can I say. His show was the bomb. Oh, when he did "I Gotta woman," the Chicago song, & Old Time Rock&Roll, I wow! hollered. Perhaps in another message here, I can bring out the setlist. Well, the way he did SILHBIL, it seemed different. The poor thing's voice was a little weak due to the weather. I was told he was seriously drinking a lot of water. Shucks, I didn't get to give him a glass. :) Well, After WAMLAW, we went up to the stage--I mean during. Wow! it was totally awesome. Eventually, he grabbed my hand. I squeezed it tight&he did mine. :) After the show, several of us mingled for quite some time. Met up with Ashley, I do remembered & teased her saying I was singing 3rd part harmonies during the songs. Other band members were coming & going. Milo hugged me & so did Ashley. Love to Meet Brian from CT, & Nelson but he seems to be shy. I'm ready to go back into a time warp & go back to the show. It's an addiction & I love it & I overdosed. Michael, once again, thanks for another awesome show.

Great review Robin. I am so happy for you!! MB holding your hand at the stage!! Woo Hoo!!
So glad you and the BB's all had a great time..So nice you were able to see some of the band and crew too. I always liked Joey...cool you got to see him.
