Working on New CD - 2011

Well as you have seen posted in other threads, Michael is recording and working on his next CD. I found this yesterday and thought you would enjoy. Any findings or info you find on the new CD...please post it here..thanks!

You know the Rascal Flatts boys have been collaborating with Justin Beiber.

Now it seems the mega-country group is going with, uh, the opposite demographic.

Jay DeMarcus of Rascal Flatts put up a picture of his group with Michael Bolton.

Jay tweets that they’re all writing a new song for Michael’s new album.

Won’t Justin be jealous?

Michael has posted another photo of himself over in Facebook working in the studio with a girl called Delta Goodrem for his new album. Delta is Australian and is 27 years old and is seemingly absolutely huge in Australia according to her web site details - need to get Dianna on the case to tell us more !!! :)

Looked up Delta Goodrem and she is pretty amazing even though I guess most of us have never heard of her.

Famous Australian singer Delta Goodrem.She currently holds the record for the highest selling album of the last decade and the most No. 1 singles from any debut album, with all five of her singles from her debut album Innocent Eyes reaching No. 1 on the ARIA charts.

Too bad Michael didn’t pick Olivia to sing with him, but I guess he’s choosing to go with 20-somethings for “Gems”… Olivia is my favorite female singer and I’m sure it would have been fantastic to hear Olivia and Michael together… I know they both sang on “Love shouldn’t hurt” but it wasn’t exactly a harmonizing duet. First of all, I want to come up here&wish everyone a happy Easter or passover.

What information was moved over to where? Did I miss something audible on MB?

It would be cool if Michael did a duet with Olivia&even Celine Deon but she's probably too powerful for that. I won't go there. She just reminds me of that type. Michael would need another studio to be in for her perhaps swelled head like Babs.

I remember in 1985--3 weeks before I went to the Bee Gees studio, (off topic) how MS Dianna Ross was there and she acted like she was above meeting the fans butyet, Michael jackson as intraverted as he appears to me was congenial with the fans. I just don't care for egomaniacs as BABS&Diana.

&about the duets CD, I think it's awesome Michael is introducing us to unknown singers. Yes, I want it to be a total success for Michael but a great help to those singing with him.
