Honey, I was suppose to go to my brother-in-law Bill's parents the 24th until the 26th but we all came down with colds&so, we'll go christmas from the 24th/28th. That will be neat seeing family&friends.

I don't know how many concerts I've been to. I don't to as many as I used because of the M O N E Y thang&being retired. Hope to see Michael next year. I saw him 3 times this year--not bad for an old fart. :D like me. Just kidding as I don't feel like I'm 61&people say I don't look it nor do I act it either.
I've gone to concerts by local transportation--paratransit&transit, trains, busses (Greyhound)&flying as well. I've been with BB'S as well but rarely.
Neat you've been to Baltimore&to Connecticut. I've been to the gala from 1999-2009 but didn't go in 2008&this year.
Thanks for telling me about your brother. God bless him. My brother Butch is 68&is profoundly retarded. He can speak though with an impediment&has full vision and isn't in diapers. I understand why you&your mom put him in a group home. I'm glad youvisit.

I'm going to a Christmas party today for my San Gabriel California Council of the Blind chapter&it's at Dennys in Erwindale--about 20 some minutes from me. I'm going to parties the 11th&18th as well.
I have a friend who used to be in the Nights of Columbus. My dad was in the moose club.
Michael was in Westbury a couple times--in long Island, I do believe. I took a cab to the train station, got the Amtrak train in to NY&met up with friends for lunch&then took a cab back to the train station&got the long Island Railroader in to Westbury, took a cab to&from the venue&hotel&had a blast&stayed overnight. Gail&her friend Linda were in the same hotel&we walked back from the concert. I went through the same procedure going home that Sunday.
I understand not going to Atlantic City fear of the weather. I respect that.
I rarely am sick during the holidays. This is about a first for me except when I was a kid. I haven't had a cold in 4 years so, wow! it hit me with a vengence. I still have the bronchial cough.
Bummer Michael missed Brighton. Hope he won't get this thing I have. I don't feel bad; have felt better.
How come go with a fake name on facebook? Friends&family won't be able to find you that way. I hear that not going on there much.

Hi Helena....you are right about Rosario being Italian but in my case it Puerto Rican :) My husband's dad was born in Puerto Rico. It used to be a very uncommon name and other Rosario's would come up to us and say..."my name is Rosario...are we related?" My husband was stopped at a fire rescue by another inquisitive Rosario after reading his name on his fire turnout coat and then someone approached me while waiting to be called to jury duty after my name was called out loud. Too funny!! Another interesting note to your message is the Italian city of Taranto. My maiden name is Taranda and that is Russian :) and my mom was born in Toronto Canada! I always enjoy the commonalities in names and in people :) I sooooo LOVE Italy!! Was there in 2000....need to come back. Until our next chat...ciao!!!!

On question about transferring pictures....I don't know if it is the quickest way to do....but it works for me.....I transfer picture to an album in my computer.....surprise, surprise, have an album just for Michael. The picture section, as with music, documents etc. is in the starter pack of the laptop.....not through internet and then when you are in document you want to transfer picture too go to top tools bar and "image" : press on and it should take you to a page which shows "browse" press on that and you should go into your starter page, then pick the one for your pictures - choose picture from yours and press save at bottom and it should transfer......tool is second from left. Hope to God I have explained that right - if Mars starts to come into view you know I've been up to tricks again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was just wondering if you have noticed anything strange about this page - getting into and what is in ......I tried to access mine and was told that I couldn't be found - i thought OMG they have caught up with me - eventually, after a couple of goes, got in but there was no music playing, then it popped back up but all my discussions have gone back to December - I wondered if maybe something to do with this email business and if they had had to clear everything to correct fault .....don't know if you have had any problems with emails ....what I was getting was notification about my own discussions .....have been in to Kathy and Sylvie to see if they have spotted anything and just told them I was doing the rounds because you know how I like to go walk-about on this and annoy everyone....but just checking because you know I'm NOT easily confused but I felt I was in a time warp - Dr. Who was about !!!!! lol. Yeh, I'm fine now I've stopped chasing you...I even went back up the page or down - I can't remember - I nearly fell off the seat...there was another message I had missed...I didn't know anybody could move about on the internet as quick as you !!!!!!! lol. Okay, okay...it's just I'm that slow - I know !!!!!! :). It was good fun - still wish I knew how to "poke" someone FIRST - I'm going to find out !!!!! :) Might not be on too much tomorrow - one of my little cats has to go to the vets to get teeth cleaned under an anaesthetic - got gingivitis - don't know if will need any teeth removed - i hate it when they have to go in - I worry so much!!!! How are you today - missed you on Facebook - you haven't poked yet today ...you having a holiday or something!!!!....that was Monday can't have Wednesday off too !! :) Hope you are feeling brighter - seemed a little bit down by the time you got to the end of your post to Robin - sometimes putting the words down on print can be more stressful than saying as they become more thought provoking - maybe just a wee, wee bit too thought provoking - eh!!!!
But I hope you are feeling brighter and remember this time of year ain't the best for anyone, it is known, this period and into February, as not being the friendliest to those who can get "down" - as my old dad used to always say to me at this time ...."hey, Spring is just round the corner and better days are coming!" :).
Can I also let you know - there is a girl called Joy - don't know if you have read anything from her - hasn't long been in and has just started posting but she comes from Oceanport, New Jersey ....I know, not next door, but nearer than some of us !!!!! - just a thought.

Got your two wee messages from lunch time - hope you had a nice lunch....Shannon, on this page here, over left, second row down - can't find her - will try again !!!! On Michael's daughters, when I joined Facebook -Taryn came up as a possible friend and I linked through that and she accepted - Holly came up same way - she didn't respond...I went into Isa's page and asked - but no response......but, have you not noticed they are not on Facebook with us anymore - have changed their security settings as a lot have.....as I am still "friends" with Taryn I decided to check by going into her page and she is still posting plenty between her Isa and Holly but it is not showing up on our screens...bet the other day when she did, after photos sent, Michael asked her to - the publicity machine spinning into action !!!!!...am I cynical, or what !!!!! :D

Just read your email - went there to get rid of some I didn't need anymore - glad Isa accepted your request - I got a confirmation too that she had accepted mine - maybe she just does them on bulk every so often - pretty good though especially when she has posted the pics. of Amelia and Michael because I like her caption - when I've gone into Taryn's profile and seen their messages between themselves a lot of the time it is Isa's comments that have had me laughing - she seems as though she has a good sense of humour - well one that I like at least - zany, will we call it or just plain bloody stupid - take your pick!! Right I 'm going to make a wee cup of tea and then pop back over to Facebook.

Can you believe how cold it’s been? Oh what happened to you this weekend? Hope you are feeling better. I’ve had a busy weekend and had both my daughters over. My youngest loves her new joband I’m happy about that. Oh I’m not worried about the hair, what can I do anyway? As long as her boss doesn’t mind, we’re good. Actually, I just double-checked and it does say "Brooklyn" in the E-mail, but it says "Brookville" on the site, go figure... Anyway, glad you're feeling better. Is that arthritis in your shoulder? My husband feels it in his arms and legs when there's bad weather. That's great news that you're now Facebook friends with Isa! Glad to hear you're still having fun with Sylvia! Oh no rush with the CD's sweetie, I was just curious. I don't know why, I've read quite a few mentions on the site about the OAWLY album lately... Hope you had a good Sunday.....meant to say to you last night.....but saying too much else......that I was going out today to my brother's - have just come in - made a wee cup of tea and thinking about bed as I was up this morning at 7.30 to watch tennis - don't know last time I was up so early on a Sunday!!!! lol

I was just wondering if you have noticed anything strange about this page - getting into and what is in ......I tried to access mine and was told that I couldn't be found - i thought OMG they have caught up with me - eventually, after a couple of goes, got in but there was no music playing, then it popped back up but all my discussions have gone back to December - I wondered if maybe something to do with this email business and if they had had to clear everything to correct fault .....don't know if you have had any problems with emails ....what I was getting was notification about my own discussions .....have been in to Kathy and Sylvie to see if they have spotted anything and just told them I was doing the rounds because you know how I like to go walk-about on this and annoy everyone....but just checking because you know I'm NOT easily confused but I felt I was in a time warp - Dr. Who was about !!!!! lol. Going to do some exercises for a wee half hour and then go onto Facebook - maybe see you there !!! :)
