hi joan well we have the oppisite here i am sitting in front of the heater trying to get warm, its not raining yet but it looks like it will soon, idont have a poster of michael but i do have a few tshirts with him on, i also am a carer for my very sick daughter, she is 34 and she just loves michael, we went backstage when he was is australia 16 years ago and he spent an hour with us there was just my daughter and me and another 2 girls, i thought that he would only stay for a little while but he stayed longer my daughter never forgot his kindness and every year we hope that he will come back to see us in australia. hope you find somewhere cool. i dont like the heat but somrtimes there is nothing you can do about it. bye for now from gail

Hiya Joan, uh-oh, you have to be careful how you spell my name now, because we have a Sylvia now, not to be confused with Sylvie or Silvy! :D What do you usually do at Xmas Joan, are you a party girl? And are you much for Xmas music? Personally, I’m funny about Xmas music: I enjoy it anytime of the year, except when it’s forced on me 24/7, before December 1st. Of course, the exception is Michael’s Cd’s! lol I think my husband knows better than to put Michael in my Xmas stocking! Lol And you don’t have to worry, I don’t have a wicked thought in my head, ask my husband! Lol Oh, have you heard about Michael having been in negociations to be on “Dancing with the stars”? We’ll apparently find out during “The bachelor” tomorrow, whether he’ll be there or not. I don’t usually watch either show, but Michael would probably get me to watch anything! Lol Well, I haven’t received any Xmas party invites yet, :D but I do enjoy a nice quiet Xmas, spending time with my family: my eldest daughter will be with us this year with her boyfriend. Last year, she was in Norway. Hopefully, my 3 younger ones will be here too. Unwrapping presents, sometimes homemade, having Xmas cookies we made, watching the parade and cooking for all these people: I love it! I sat down a few nights ago and over the span of two nights read it to her and I must admit that you pulled tears from my eyes a few time towards the end and I actually had to stop to get it together because I didnt want her to ask me if I was crying. I must be a big baby huh? But it was so well written that I couldn't help myself. We will be bringing it to Modesto in February when we see you. Joan, sorry not to comment back on your appreciation of pic but would you believe this is the first time I checked my acct in ages.  Pic was at FYE signing in McLean Va Dec 2003 at the time of Vintage.  Bought new CD which I gave as a Christmas gift since I already had it. After waiting in line so long I really couldn't think of something to say that didn't come out teeny bopperish since I am older then Michael by about 5 yrs and said something about our mother's having the same name.  Really felt dumb then.  He did say kindly I hear a lot of that so I guess it wasn't that unusual.  I usually would be there at the stores on release day.  A lot of US delay on OWOL so just settled for DVD PBS sent me and the RAH CD when I couldn't find it here.  Was looking for that Christmas release with The Prayer on it but guess we will have to wait.  Excited to hear Love Is Everything with the Flats!  Thanks again and sorry it took so long for me to get back to let you know I read it.(-:
