Bits reverts to manual

the bits service shut down successfully but it was delayed for
event id 16392 bits-client
bits service stops automatically windows 10
bits service failed to start
problem with bits service windows 11
the error occurred in the background intelligent transfer service (bits) queue manager
bits service default startup type

In my SCCM DP, BITS service stops automatically and changed to Manual even though i make it Automatic(Delayed start) and start the service. I'm just wondering whether it matters if the BITS services is in manual or automatic (delayed start) since it has a habit of switch from the
