Hi Robin, you asked what happened on the tour thread. I think Michael tweeted that fans should send tour pictures on Pledge Music, but there's no way to attach pictures over there and fans didn't know where to send them. The pictures will be selected to go in the next tour book. I guess Michael tweeted before PledgeMusic was ready to accomodate, plus they didn't even  know Michael had tweeted that: miscommunication. :D  That's it for now and hope that answers your question.
