Bananas Foster eh?  If you're in a fruity mood I plan on making watermelon sorbet today.  Of course I wouldn't mind if you brought dessert.  Looks like you're having a a delicious gourmand vacation...you're looking a little thin lately.  I need to gain some weight too according to my oncologist...I dunno the two of us together in a kitchen dedicated to baking and "the sweet life" -..it could mean "death by chocolate" - what a way to go!!!  My epitaph: "She died for the love of chocolate and a serious case of Boltonitis...

This is a pic of a delicious looking treat, looks like waffle sections with banana's slices and placed on them, cool whip on the sides, and a light caramel glaze as well, for Sylvie & Robin R....:)! And it looks tasty:)! Michael can we come have this w/you:)!

Don't you just love the presentation! Reminds me of Bananas Foster but I don't think your bananas are caramelised. Looks delicious! Yummy!
