Thanks for sharing photos of the event.  And above all, thanks to all those who helped with the charity fundraiser.  Such a great group of people doing great work.  Went to the charity events in Stamford - back in the day - and the people who help with MBC do such a great job.  Congratulations on a successful event.  Votre Amie

I thank Bob and Richard for making YOU smile Maestro (and also for their help with MBC)!  What a fabulous group!!!  Every time I hear who was there, I just ache because I couldn't be with you all.  I can't even begin to tell you how important it is to raise funds for women with children at risk.  Been there...done that - no fun.  Indeed you offer a hand up not a hand out and that's what we need.  Please consider a charity for  Grandma's at Risk!!!  Seriously, living on a very fixed budget after one is retired is extremely taxing in the current economic environment.  For those of us who are divorced, or widowed, or who never married that "millionaire" life can get pretty tough what with unpaid utility bills, taxes, limited or no transportation...the list is endless.  Unfortunately creditors and utility companies don't want to hear it and won't wait...seeking financial assistance from the state is very difficult - verrrrry difficult.  While I realize that children present a more pressing need, there is state funding available for them.  However, for single female seniors, there is very little help, and hope, offered.  If nothing else, perhaps we could raise awareness for "senior women" who are at risk.  Enjoy your golf game today!!!  Hit a hole in one for me!
