Delicious I'm sure! Beats a sauce out of a can or jar any old day. Good down-to-earth food made from scratch. Alas, some people are meant to suffer... and 'tis I as I am reminded of how great the dishes are over there... I need to get back there as I need another Italian fix! And soon! ;)

Yum, you are making me gain weight, I had spaghetti last night and a cherry danish today.....and IT IS ALL YOUR FAULT.....LOL.....Hope you enjoyed it, looks good whatever it is. Looking forward to the what they will feed you in Spain now!!!! Keep us posted please!!!!
