I had a boyfriend in the 8th grade; we "went steady" for 6 months, broke up, graduated and went to different high schools and eventually lost track of each other, but , he always had a special place in my heart.  I got married, had two chilren, and 23 years later found myself divorced and starting over at the ripe old age of 50.  Kind of scary.  One day I ran into my old boyfriend and we talked like not even a day had gone by.  And here we are , together again,  after all these years.  And the only thing I can say is that I finally know  what love is.

LOVE IS EVERYTHING BECAUSE WITHOUT LOVE THERE IS NOTHING  LOVE IS UNIVERSAL  LOVE BRINGS PEACE AND TRANQUILTY WHAT THE WORLD NEEDS NOW IS LOVE SWEET LOVE  IT IS THE ONLY THING THAT THERE IS TOO LITTLE OF

Love is everything when you have that special person in your life to share with.  You can be in a room full of people but when you make eye contact there is nobody else in the room, but the two of you.  A love that diamonds, flowers or material things cannot buy.  Loving a person so much you let them live their lives and not hold them back.  Having a best friend for life.  I was lucky enough to have this kind of love in my life until Cancer took my other half.  Maybe I am being selfish trying to find it twice in my lifetime.  Love also means all of those "little things in life" God gives us each day....blue skys, flowers, sunsets.................

Why is love everything to me???? What a great question. "Love is Everything because without it you are lost and empty. Love is powerful it can heal the most painful ache or stop the most intense fear. I have been hurt many times before and fooled into relationships under the guise of love, and somehow I have survived. Real love is not what most people think it is, that's why it's priceless. Real love is an embrace when you you can't stop hurting, a whisper when world is to loud, a song that reminds you of the best times of your life, A trust that doesn't disappear even in the worst of times. That is what love is. The Velveteen Rabbit comes to mind "What is real said the rabbit..." a beautiful image of what real love is.

What's life without love, to be in love and to be loved back. I wouldn't wanna be without that feeling. It's a feeling that makes you happy and lifts your spirit. Love is life..

L'amore è tutto, non potrebbe essere altrimenti o non avrebbe senso svegliarsi la mattina e andare avanti, nonostante tutto.

L'amore, quello vero, l'ho capito quando ho visto la mia piccola per la prima volta e l'ho tenuta tra le mie braccia, quando mi ha chiamata "Mamma", quando ho consolato il suo pianto, quando l'ho vista muovere i suoi primi passi, quando rideva mentre ballavamo e io le cantavo My Girl, che mi sembrava scritta per lei. E l'amore è tutto, ancora di più oggi, ora che la mia bambina ha venti anni e mi ha gridato con tutte le sue forza che mi odia, che mi considera la madre peggiore del mondo. Che non mi rivolge più la parola. L'amore per lei è ciò che impedisce al mio cuore di spezzarsi e morire, l'amore è tutto quello che devo continuare a sentire, ignorando tutto il resto. E attendendo il giorno, che so arriverà, in cui anche lei capirà il significato dell'amore, di questo amore immenso che è davvero TUTTO nella vita. I suoi occhi azzurri come il cielo in una giornata di primavera incontreranno i miei e mi sorriderà, mi chiamerà di nuovo mamma e io tornerò a respirare.

Non avrei potuto scrivere questo in una lingua che non fosse la mia, mi spiace. LOL
