Meeting Amelia Rose
On my last trip home I had the immense pleasure of meeting my amazing granddaughter, Amelia Rose (Millie). She is as sweet as she is beautiful, just like her mother.

I`ve just bought my first computer - still catching up on the 20th century - this one hasn`t even created a glimmer of light yet - hopefully, in the next decade something might happen!
A question I would like to ask is - "what`s with all the congratulations to "old" grandpa about - what did he do?" I would like to pass on my congratulations to Amelia Rose`s Mum and Dad - enjoy your beautiful little angel and remember, no matter at what age she chooses to be "good" or "naughty", you were both once that age!
Hope too we get updates on Amelia`s progress but, definitely, without abusing her privacy : have got to admit, Taryn, do want to know about her progress, not only because I`m interested but also in the hope that you can show some more photos of your father with her looking as happy, relaxed and proud as he does in the photo of the "four generations" - all three eminate from him like a heat wave in that photo.
Lastly, but by no means least, to AMELIA - "Lang mae yur lum reek!" - good fortune, forever, my dear!
I should like to add a little postscript - only joking about comment at beginning - congratulations GRANDPA and congratulations also to Great Great Grandma and, of course too, congratulations to all her Dad`s family also - hey - this postscript could go on, and on, and on .............

Michael, you have such a beautiful family....maybe Ameila will inherit your wonderful singing voice too. do any of your daughters sing or dance ?
