I wanted to mix Modern and Vintage together. I also collect vintage décor. I have an assortment of Vintage baby items, including an old baby scale. Would be perfect for decorating a baby nursery. If you know someone who would be interested let me know....What a beautiful pix of Taryn and her children. I see Michael in them! Lots of luck and prosperity!!!!

Comment by Amie Angeli on August 19, 2013 at 10:49pm: OK, I promised some members here I'd run by & check out Taryn's shop. It is absolutely c-r-a-m-m-e-d with stuff! Some of the most adorable stuff. Little black patent tap dancing shoes, fuzzy pink sweater (yeah, yeah, know it was really expensive, but the consignment price is still jaw-dropping, so thank heaven I don't have a little girl), zillions of strollers. You can outfit any kid for the next 5 years at least. Right around the corner from G'Pa's so he can spoil his lil darlin's a little more.

Saw someone in there I know, cannot think of her name & too embarrassed to say hello - criminy, I run into people I haven't seen in ages in the strangest places. . . c'est la vie. Anyway, I think Taryn's shop could be a hit once word really gets around town. She needs a little PR of her own. People around here rarely read Hartford Courant, it's a NY Times crowd. So I wish her absolutely oodles of success with her venture!
