Oh my Michael...the Grammy discussion was so wonderful!!! It was fun chatting with you once agin in the same week!!! What a delightful way to end my week of Bolton Adventures!!! Thank you and safe travels as you continue your own adventure!! The book is GREAT and a treasure to read and the photos are very insightful!! Very happy when my signed book arrived from Premiere Collectibles. Sadly, my book has many errors including duplicate chapters and missing chapters. I have had no success in contacting the publisher because there is no way listed on their website to contact them, and no response from Premiere Collectibles. I will keep the book because it is signed but I am unable to read the book.

No call, no email, nothing from you.. I know LA was 3 days of nonstop work, but you had a day off & tonite is CT for you home crowd. I paid $100to get my computer with Net & my extender system that gives me fast speed to type to you with & get my Money Plus program working so I can pay bills.  I am reading that the casino in Canada is sold out, so that will be axed for me since a long drive in bad weather. Monday is Greensburg PA which Mapquest confirms  is suburban Pittsburgh. I was hoping you would fly into CLE and ride with me there. Please call me 216-346-8658 so I know I am invited to Pittsburgh concert
