To my dear fans
Gratitude is my recurring theme.
For all of your generous voices and the outpouring of support for me in every way. Alas, the judge's score could not be overcome for dwts, but I also must say in preparing for dwts I've gotten into the best shape of my life and intend to remain in shape which will only help with my demanding schedule and fresh energy i can bring to the stage! I've read and felt and witnessed the love and its been so overwhelming and revitalizing for me after weeks of rehearsal and training, work and travel and frustrating laryngitis to boot wow a very intense time. After all of it, I'm so happy to be on the road again touring and pouring myself into what I've loved all of my life...... Singing!!! From Tuesday night's concert in Yountville (with Bonnie Raitt in attendance - I've been a huge Bonnie Raitt fan since I can remember!!!!!) to Greely, Colorado tonight. The simple truth being the pure love of singing before a wonderfully loud and fully receptive audience and I am one happy man!!

Just want to say that I have continued watching DWTS and I'm really glad you had the opportunity to learn and dance with Chelsea-- she is a FABULOUS dancer! It's really too bad that you didn't have the opportunity of continuing on with her-- but when she dances in the Professional Dancers routines, she is the best!

I really enjoyed watching you on dancing with the stars and thought the judges comments unfair but glad to hear you enjoyed doing it. can't wait to see you soon in concert in the UK. have to go on my own so say hi, that would really make my night more special. thanks Jayne.xx

Hi Michael, you just had a concert at GaTech and I watched you perform live for the first time. I just want to say thank you. I love your songs, the love songs that can just make every woman's heart melt (certainly mine! :)) but much more, I love "Go the Distance". Thanks for singing it as one of your encores. Actually, just hearing it at the opening live was surreal for me - I never imagined I'll get to hear you sing it live (I'm only here in the US to study). When you sang it at the end... man, thanks! you see, I'm trying to finish my PhD this semester and it has been an uphill battle. "Go the Distance" had inspired me more times before but experiencing you actually performing it - that was awesome! Getting away from writing and watching your concert was a luxury for me but I considered it a late birthday gift to myself - and it was worth it! Take care and all the best! Michael, I enjoyed watching you on DWTS. The judges on there sometimes are very mean like bruno, I thought you were great and i even watched you when you came back and sang for them. love cheryl
