Morethan just cutting down on coffee I would advise you cut out the smoking Darling. Having lost my belovedDaDa (my Father's father) to lung cancer caused by cigars, pipes, and cigarettes, and my father to heart disease (exacerbated by smokingcigarettes), I couldn't bear the thought of losing the "greatest Love of all" to those "cancer sticks." I* commend you for cutting down on the coffee...my son, James, has also cut back on the caffeine and has already noticed a big difference.
