Can I just ask you something, why did you go all the way to Bali for a round of golf, you could have just crossed the pond and had one at Turnberry - goodness gracious, don`t you know it is positively balmy here in Scotland now - shorts and t-shirts will be the order of the day - it ain`t freezing no more - +4 and rising - WOW! What have you got out there - +40 and rising ????? lol.

Hey, Michael, you take care out there and enjoy your golf - which I am sure you will - glad to hear you are feeling well enough to visit a golf course. Can I ask you a favour - when you are in Korea - could you be our ambassador and wish the fans there as peaceful a New Year, as is possible for them, from their friends, your fans, throughout the world ? Please watch how you word anything out there - don`t want you jailed for subversion!!!!!!

Holly said you have also been relaxng by the pool topping up your tan no doubt.

As long as you are having a relaxing time and getting loads of rest, thats all that matters.

You look a bit sunburnt so make sure you are keeping well covered up with a good factor suncream and increasing your Vitamin D intake to keep your bones healthy.

You could also take some extra Zinc to boost your immune response system and brain function too. So extra beans, nuts, milk, cheese, wholegrain bread, yoghurt.
