Probably any person from any country or continent may enter this contest, since you choose an area and a post-code in the US from where you will fly to Las Vegas to see Michael´s Concert. I would encourage a large international participation, but this is just my personal view. )

What a nice perspective.

A great Concert, a visit to Las Vegas

and nice water named after one beautiful island ( born 150 million years ago ) ( inhabited since the second millennium BC and located about 1,100 nautical miles NE of New Zealand.. :-)
