Lunch is just too light. A little extra next time? Your not ok ? You seem not to be taking care enough. I feel like sending out more pictures of Delicious meals. Now Iam worried, usually your the number one who makes me outrageously delighted with life. Certain things come and go, but you have always been constant in my life. 21 years now. plus a bit of teen age magic. Iam finding being single hard to adjust to. Some things I have control and others I dont. Its the control thing  that I am comfortable with. rest, vitamins. no alcoholic beverages, it strips the good cells in that body of your ! Never to late. jog ? canoeing. family time ? Be good. Your important.
