I've read your new comments on Michael's blog and wanted to let you know that I was told by Gail, the moderator of this forum, that the questions would only be on Facebook this time, because it's easier for Michael, I'm sorry. There he says that he will try to set up a new feature on Facebook, to answer our questions via video. All you have to do is go to Facebook and leave your question there. Now, to answer your new question, yes, he has answered questions from the “submit your questions” blog and the Q&A’s were printed in this year’s tour program. If you haven’t been able to get one, they were copied on page 3 of this thread:
