Ticketmaster

I recently bought tickets to the show in picola ok at the casino nov 21st. Ticketmaster sent me tickets to the show on the 20th. I didnt realize this until Saturday the 21st and me and my gf didnt get to see either. Ticketmaster wouldn't give us a refund either. We're very upset about this. Just wanted to request that Ticketmaster not be used if they do people like that.
