Here we go with the New 2011 Concert Tour Review Thread. Michael's tour begins again in the USA in Florida on January 13, 2011!!!!!!!!  I hope Michael is well rested and ready to get back out on the road!

 

Please share your concert experiences, pictures, video links etc. with us here. We love hearing about the concerts and the great times had by the fans.

You all have made these threads fun in the past and I look forward to more adventures and fun this year!!

I look forward to reading everyone's reviews once again and also contributing some of my own in 2011!

Hi Helen, thanks for posting these, my god he does look smothered and rather uncomfortable, I,m surprised poor Michael could breathe with all these fans mobbing him, bless him, he kept smiling throughout it, but it looks like there was a severe lack of security at this venue.

A couple things here, BB'S, I'm having problems receiving emails. I have to call charter (Chard Broiled) cable. That's what we call it. I'll bet it was Ashley scream on WAMLAW. Go Ashley. I don't blame her. Cool he waved&threw kisses to her. Awesome. Love those new songs. It brings tears to my eyes. Come on Michael. PLEASE! PLEASe!come back to the USA. We want these songs too. Wow Helen, Michael definitely looked like he needed our Help!  All he had to do was Call Us all,

we would have protected him...2 body guards. OMG...what were they thinking?

It was the same in the show in Argentina Robin where there were no steps for him to go back to the stage and he had to go round the back then too and come back on from the wings and I feel too that it could look a lot worse than it actually was for there definitely are quite a few security guards in place as there are Michael's own and you can see guys in yellow jackets;  as he makes his way down the path, one security guard is in front of him !  Then too you have to take into account the angle from which the video was recorded as it is not often you see it from the back but from the front for it is exactly the same in the 2009 RAH recording for as he leaves his podium you feel he will get crushed until the camera angle changes to the front and you then can see the clear path that has been made for him.  Also we must remember his popularity hasn't waned too much and with the success of Jack Sparrow has in all probablity increased considerably and, therefore, what we are maybe seeing is a return to the 90's when he could go back on stage without pieces of clothing - I am not saying that is right but is enthusiasm so wrong ??? :)

Sylvia, I know sometimes that's how venues are layed out!!LOL I just meant this one must have been that way..  Thanks for sharing this new video too, he definitely had people  crushing in closer than looks safe for him in this one. Thanks Helen for the vids!!!

I couldn't believe the crowd as I said earlier. I wonder if Michael was on a box of some sort and then the crowd stood on their chairs thus putting them at the same level as him!!!! How he kept singing with all those flashes was very impressive indeed!!! I love how the band members start looking at one another as they kept playing music and Michael STILL hadn't returned!! That was cute and worrisome at the same time.Maybe it all wore him out for his Mexico concerts!!! lol

It must get scary for Michael at times I worry about him and really do wish him safe travels.

Some people just don't get the fact that he is entertaining and should respect the fact that he even does what he does.

He tries to make the night special for each and everyone of us.He does a fantasic show that's for sure.

Not heard anything here about Mexico. Evidently fans had tickets and went to the venue according to Edith on here...shame.  Hope all is ok too.

Aw! Man! If he gets the popularity back like he used to have in the 90's, I'm glad for him but you can count on it, I'll probably never will get to be close to him any more. From 1992 to 2001, I never even got close to MB. I didn't have that luck then. Oh! well! I have to be satisfied with what I've had. Love to see him have a #1 hit again&gain popularity again like in the 90's&be happy with what I've had or have. Boltonnut from L. A. CA USA
