Looks like Michael will be appearing on TV in a telethon from Santa Barbara this Saturday:

In Focus - Unity Shoppe Telethon - Part Two

Santa Barbara - In partnership with the Unity Shoppe, KEYT is producing the 25th Anniversary Telethon Celebration between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. on Saturday, December 10th.
The Celebration will be hosted by KEYT News Anchors C.J. Ward, Paula Lopez, Beth Farnsworth and John Palminteri along with Unity's Executive Director Tom Reed.
The event this year will celebrate the 25 years of the telethon.  Memorable interviews and entertainment segments include Kenny Loggins, Barry DeVorzon, Michael Bolton, Michael McDonald, Jimmy Messina and Olivia Newton John.
Financial support will serve low-income families, children and the elderly.

Hi guys, well, yes I did catch Michael though I missed a part. Robin from CA said he sang a bit of "O holy night" and I also heard him sing some of DOTB and he sounded like this was recorded quite a while ago. The telethon celebrated 25 years, so I think it's nice to know they picked Michael's segments  out of the many artists that appeared there. I heard one with Olivia Newton-John also, but the audio was from a CD so don't know if she was lipsyncing or it was a montage. BTW, Robin from CA only caught it on-line because  she couldn't get it locally. However, I heard the host say that people in attendance would get a DVD of the 25 years tribute, so we'll know that it's out there. I wonder if the charity will sell it... Thanks for information about show Sylvie and glad too that Robin CA caught some of it and I did wonder and said to Robin that I felt there could be a possibility of a lot of it being pre-recorded segments as that is what they do here with similar shows or else they manage to get a satellite link up with the star who then relays a message for the charity but, as you say, pretty good that the charity involved Michael in the way that they did and that he too supported his involvement - thanks again Sylvie !!! :)

Sylvie, recorded this but was having trouble uploading.  It is Michael singing DOTB along with Sylvie's Jaws program and a commercial with a bunch of weird sounds right in the middle but you can hear MB.  Thanks Sylvie
