Thanks Sylvia, I have the website saved too and they give you all these details for each day... Thanks for posting it all here for us!!!

I have the DVR set as well for the broadcast for all 3 rounds MB is playing..

Hi Folks,

 

Have to say I do not believe that Michael is playing in the 3M Challenge Competition today as I can't find him anywhere !!!    I believed there were 12 players that took part in this Competition but I think, this year, there are only 9 qualifiers and Michael is not showing up amongst the 9 so will just have to start following from tomorrow in the competition proper  !! :)

Below is a picture I have found that was taken last year, I believe, and you can just see Michael and I mean that literally !!

Latest information I have found is that the 3M Challenge Competition played yesterday was won by actor Lucas Black and sorry but that is all the information I can find apart from telling you that Kenny G took part in the Competition - sorry !!! :)

Now onto today's play in the actual Pro-Am Tournament and is to let you know that Michael and Garth Mulroy are teamed with Kevin Tway and Cary Patterson who plays off of a 3 handicap and the tee-off times for tomorrow and Saturday are 8.44 a.m. on the Spyglass Hill Course and 10.12 a.m. on the MPCC Shore Course.  The weather for today, Thursday, is set to be fair with a temperature of 50 F which is considered to be good golfing weather, not great but good !!! :)   One final wee point is that in the pairings list Michael and his team are placed 65th and whose house number is that ??????????????? LOL.

For those not following on the internet but are interested in the score Michael and Garth are on the 9th hole and Michael has gone -1 but unfortunately Garth has gone 3 over......they were even on the 7th so Garth has mucked it up !!!! :((((((    Old Tiger is not playing as well as everyone thought for he is well down the field and is in fact being beaten by his celebrity partner

Put that picture out on FB with the result so thought I would do same here.....it is a picture taken at last year's competition and it is rather easy on the eye ........!!!!!! lol.

No haven't seen Michael....where the video cameras are they are not near where he is playing and a great lot of the videos are of Tiger Woods and he is on the Spyglass Hill Course and mainly too they have been of other professionals....only one or two of the celebrities that have made good shots have been videoed.  Last look at scoreboard and Michael is still -1 on the 13th but Garth hasn't pulled anything back so totalling it up it will push them down !!

SYLVIA,

        I SEEN MICHAEL PLAY ONCE EARIER TODAY BETWEEN MY RUNS IN THE CAB COULDNT GET IN TO  THE OFFICE AS MUCH AS I WOULD

HAVE LIKED AS WE WERE VERY BUSY HE WAS DOING VERY WELL AT THAT TIME.

Oh that is great Cara if he was on the telly....maybe Robin will have captured it !! :)   I have only been able to see the videos from the course for I can't follow the telly programmes here and most of the videos have been concentrating on Tiger Woods but I have come to report that Michael and Garth have finished their 1st Round and Michael finished with a 70 (-2) and Garth finished with a 74 (2) giving them a total for the 1st Round of 144....now we go onto the 2nd Round which will be at the Spyglass Hill Course and their tee-off time is 8.44 a.m. and I hope Michael remembers to set the alarm clock or someone is designated to waken him up.....OMG I wish I could get the job !!!!!!! LOL.

Michael did get TV coverage, you are right Cara.  He was shown on the 9th hole on the green two times.. He made the putt...They said he's popular as he sings at the Pro-Am dinners and then when they showed him sinking the ball in the hole about the commentator said his daughter was 2 and said to her dad, How Am I Supposed To Live W/o You!! They are making a positive comment about MB and kidding. MB was happy he made the shot you could tell by his body language LOL. He had on a light blue baseball cap, black short sleeve golf shirt, black pants and black golf shoes today..

 

Second time they show him again over an hour and a half into the coverage on the 15th hole hitting his ball down the fairway..It went off to the left of the green..in the high grass. the commentator said that time he wondered what he's singing as he hits the ball...or something to that effect. LOL

 

Ok the 3rd time he was shown was on the 16th hole and he was putting.. Was for a Birdie Net Eagle. He did not get it in the first try, put in a golf tee to mark his ball and picked it up and was standing back tossing it in the air some while the others took their shots...The commentators talked more about him this time, saying he was a regular competitor.  Mentioned his charity and how it's been around almost 20 years. Also saying he has sung with at least six opera singers and named a few and that not many popular singers can say that... They really seem to like Michael and he got a good bit of TV time today!!!! That's some paraphrasing what they said but hopefully you get the idea.

 

That's the gist of the coverage I saw...

 

On to day two tomorrow!!!
