HELLO EVERYONE, Since the 2011 Tour Review Thread is not playing nice and throwing us all back to the beginning lately, Gail asked if I would go ahead and start the 2012 thread. So here it is.. We can all share our excitement for Michael's upcoming touring and events in 2012 and chat and have fun here till the shows start in 2012.
Everyone is welcome to post and share their stories and pictures, videos from concerts and trips to see Michael do what he does best-SING!!! Michael will be touring in 2012 starting so far with some shows the end of January. There could be other events sooner too so if anyone attends a great Bolton event/concert, feel free to share your experience here. I hope to have a review after the Chester, PA show on January 28th along with some other fans that have gotten tickets for that show and the Atlantic City, NJ show on January 27th as well! After that there are shows in Australia so far listed for 2012. Following those shows we have the Concert for MBC and Traveler's Golf Event in June, 2012 and later on the MBC Gala in Sept.. We already have some exciting events to look forward to next year and I know there will be much more to come.
I am looking forward to another fun year of posts and sharing by the best Michael Bolton fans in the world on this forum.. I will post events to keep the thread moving along as the concerts come up as before.
Welcome everyone!!!!!

Hi Guys, Just got a minute to come in here and tell you all that 5 of us got together and attended the show at Glema Mahr in Madisonville, KY. The other girls had this trip planned since last June, however, I decided 8 days ago, I needed a Christmas present to myself and started calling around and by the grace of all these special ladies, I was able to attend as well. I started off with a 8th row seat and by mid afternoon the day of the show, I was up front sitting with the girls. We had Leesa and Annette from KY there and Lynn from Atlanta met me on my second leg of the flight, and Beth Kind got there the day of the show. Also, I was able to find find our girl Tracey Moore, who had posted she had front row seats back in June, she was also from SC, and had driven up with a friend of hers. Leesa was kind enough to get a group together before the show and we had a nice luncheon at Oasis with Michaels Music, fun and games and there were prizes! Low and behold, we saw Michael sitting in the bar area having lunch, ALONE! Yes, it was Not Mr. B. , Mr. L as in Lington. He was sweet enough to drop by the bash and say hello to each of us, and then he was off to soundcheck. The venue was sold out, I was able to get my ticket at will call that morning, and then I turned around and called a sweet german lady from the waiting list of people who still wanted a ticket. She met us at the venue that morning, and by the time the show was over, we had joining us a an official Bolton fan. I invited her here to give a review of her first experience seeing Michael, so, look for Gerda. Hopefully she will show up soon and join in. So, the show was awesome as always, Michael looked great. He wore all the same clothes and that new blue scarf that we have seen in those gorgeous pictures that were in here a few days ago, I believe from Hard Rock in Florida. Except, he didn't wear those topsider tennis shoes I so not like, lol All the seats were so intimately close. The crowd was great and he did get his hecklers roaring he strategically placed throughout the audience. He was so fun. He and Kelly sang their usual duets, then Silent Night and Aint No Mountain High Enough. I'm not sure if he had been singing Nessun Dorma, lately or not, but I made sure that I heckled the word "Opera", maybe 6 times, only when prompted. Well, I got my opera and it touched my heartstrings once again. Nobody really attempted to go upfront however, the fans that I knew of, were strategically placed on aisle seats, so, we rocked the aisle plenty. Out of the full house, I was able to give Michael a Christmas sercy and found a small gold pillow in a restuarant the night before that read, GEMS may be Precious, but Friends are Priceless, and I found this to be meaningful for all the years that I have attended the shows and all the ladies I have friended through the grace of Michael, I thanked him for being that bond and wished him a Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, Happy Valentines, and last but not least, Happy Turning 60 Birthday. He sang the two encores and said Goodnight. I do not personally have any pictures, however, if I get any, I will bring them here for all to enjoy. Nite all, Karen

Oh no, no, no, Mary, that wasn't me. I've never been to KY. I read about that too, and Im not that sure I would be brave enough during a show, to stop him. Squares? Ill have to go back and find out what that was all about.
Hi Karen, I left a message on your page to fill you in on the squares, take care sweetie. Hugs, sincerely, Sylvie from Canada
I gotcha Karen. Message on the Christmas card. Aw! Which Lisa is wheel chair bound or was, Mary? Just curious. Boltonnut from L. A. CA who loves life & Michael Bolton :)

Hi Karen, I'm glad to know you met Beth Kind, her and I met Michael in Nashville Tenn.at a meet and greet. We also attended Michael's concert in Sanddusky Ohio together. Beth has been a great Bolton buddy to me all these years, we first met on ICQ chat in 1998 if I remember correctly. Time has flown by so fast but good memories of Beth and Michael's concerts still remain with me. Thanks for the review and very glad you all had a good time. Jimmy
