I would say those same 5 things and a few more.
1.Humanitarian efforts and all his work for his charity and others.
2.He's the real thing, down to earth person.
3. A gentleman

Wow I don't know Michael personnally but if I was to state 5 things I feel I know about him
they would be:
1- Strong powerful and beautiful voice
2- Love the fact that he care's about the world in general
3- Love the fact that he is trying to help those in need women and children at risk
4- I believe that he cares about animals as well
5- From my one meeting with him I would like to say he appears to be honest,down to earth and a very caring human being!
6- Yes Robin a true gentleman.
7- Love the fact that he loves and adores his Mum and daughters and respects them
8- Love the fact he is trying to do his bit for cancer"This close to Cancer"
9- Love the fact that when you ask him a question he really seems to want to answer it as honest as possible
10- I really really enjoy his expressions when he is singing!

Hi Chelsea, great topic! If I had to narrow it down to 5, no 1 would definitely be “THE” voice, no 2 would be the fact that he seems to have a deeper understanding of what he’s singing about, which I guess could be defined as passion… This actually reminds me of something Sam Moore of Sam & Dave said once: he said “Soul is when you sing, but you mean it just a little bit more!” I think that nails it right on the head when Michael is concerned… Okay, no 3 his seemingly never ending curiosity and the way he relates to music in general… I feel like I could have a 3 day conversation with him and never run out of words… no 4 is definitely his sense of humor: I’m sure it got him out of a lot of uncomfortable moments… And 5, would be how genuinely empathic and caring he is with people. Listen to any interview he does, when he’s being asked why he decided to share his talents for whichever charity. Well, there you go Chelsea, I guess most people will have many of the same reasons. I love his songwriting too, his chosen song themes for instance. Hmm, also, have you read his children’s book “The legend of the lost kingdom” Chelsea? My kids have read it to me a few times and I just loved the whole concept of it and frankly, just how he turned a phrase and the words he used… Oh I’m sure I could come up with about at least 843 more things! Hi again Chelsea, I thought about your question some more and felt the need to add just a couple of more things. For starters, the fact that he is so sweet with his daughters, of course, they mean the world to him! I remember on this Oprah show once, I think he was sitting with Taryn and he said to her:” You see, the whole world is waiting to see you smile, just like that!” and then he kissed her… Is that adorable? Also the fact that he’s very intelligent and knowledgeable. And finally, the fact that there’s something very worldly but grounded about him that inspires respect. It’s just a feeling you get about him, you know. He used to say in the early 90’s that he wanted for people to take him personally, well, I do… :D Thanks for indulging me, take care.
