Welcome everyone to the 2014 Tour Review Thread. The upcoming year is going to be exciting with so many concerts scheduled already around the globe!!! Feel free to share the details of your concert adventures, photos, videos etc. This is the best time to be a Bolton fan with so many concerts and the MBC Charity Event which will most likely be held later in the year too. Michael has multiple projects in the works so we never know what will happen next!!!! I appreciate the opportunity to start a new thread once again for 2014 to give us all a place to share the best part of being a fan--- experiencing Michael in person doing what he does best-SING!!!!!!
I am looking forward to another fun year of posts and sharing great times by the best Michael Bolton fans in the world on this forum. I will post events to keep the thread moving along as the concerts come up as I have in the past.

Hallo Steven, ich kann Deinen Unmut gut verstehen. Auch ich kann vieles nicht nachvollziehen und habe mich dafür entschieden, mir die Rosinen rauszupicken und die Würmer links liegen zu lassen. Letztes Mal (in Kopenhagen) hatte ich massive Probleme mit der Securitiy und viele hier können ebenfalls davon berichten, egal in welchem Land. Da kräht auch kein Hahn nach. Letzten Endes liegt es an uns, was wir aus unseren Erfahrungen machen, auch mit der Erfahrung, ignoriert zu werden.Mir war immer wichtig, in einem Konzert einen entscheidenden Moment erlebt zu haben, der für mich alle Widrigkeiten und Anstrengungen aufhebt und mir etwas gibt, was ich sonst nirgendwo gefunden habe. Bislang gab es für mich immer diesen Moment und daher lasse ich mich immer wieder auf die Möglichkeit ein, dass er sich wieder ereignet. Bei einem live-Konzert gibt es nunmal weder Garantien noch Sicherheiten, dafür die Aussicht auf einzigartige, unwiederholbare Erfahrungen "im Flow", das ist der Deal. Auch wenn ich MB nicht persönlich kenne bin ich sehr geneigt ihm zu unterstellen, dass der Schmerz, sein Publikum enttäuscht zu haben, für ihn mindestens genauso groß ist. Mag sein, dass es kein offizielles Statement geben wird, aber wenn es Dir möglich ist, schau Dir ein paar Interviews auf youtube an, und Du wirst erfahren, welchen Stellenwert MB seinem Publikum gibt. Ich bin gespannt, welchen Stellenwert MB zukünftig seiner Gesundheit geben wird, seine Stimme wird es uns offenbaren. Gute Nacht,

I was at the concert in Berlin and I do not really share the bad reviews of

First of all it was nice that he came to Berlin and he got applause for it and his musican level is still high.
The concert started with an opening band ....the singer of the band was more screaming than singing her songs and the musican level was low.
The oppening band couldn`t make it to reach the audience they sang too many (loud) songs and after some songs I was looking around the audience and seeing in not very happy faces.Around 21:00 after 40 minutes opening band and 20 minutes of waiting Michael came on stage and started singing. It was a higher musican level now. He had a band and two female singers with him...first I thought he was drinking wine all the time... but it was probably water for his voice. After some songs he left the stage and his female singers started singing and the saxophon player played solos. I like it it was nice.
What I didn`t like was they said Michael left the stage to change his outfit but after that break he came back with the same outfit.They could have been honest or say nothing at all.
Then he came back to sing a duet with one of his females singers ("the prayer") and other songs.I especially liked "how can we be lovers if we can`t be friends ". Then he left the stage again and my company thought he wouldn`t come back. He came back to sing "how am I suppose to live without you" with the audience and to sing "when a man loves a woman". After that the concert was over.
I can understand when some guests where dissapointed because he was on stage only 40% of the hole concert but me and my company enjoyed the concert (except the opening band and the waiting) and yes most of the audience were mostly two times older than I am but Michael is too and he is still good.
