RRRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY CALL!! Save Our Band!!

We will 'fight' them at the airports! We will 'fight' them at the Stage Door - they will not take our band from us!!

When the line up changed there were a lot of negative people being mean to the 'new' line up. I saw them at Hampton Court before Errol joined Stevie Wonder in order to HONOUR, because he's a decent man, a prior contract. He was great  - they gave him free reign and he capitalised on it with some cracking guitar licks.

Kiku Collins who is still touring with MiBo has yet to be confirmed for the next leg.

Michael Lington, Chad A. & Errol have dedicated their lifes to music and have earned the right to perform in the greatest show on Earth at the greatest venue on Earth don't rob them of this opportunity! Let them stand shoulder to shoulder with MiBo, Kiku, Nelson, Sandra and Brian. If Ellie Smith could also be in the line up that would be cool. Supporting local talent and all that!

Keep your comments respectfull!! Some one stepped in to cover for Errol and did so because they were worthy. Wanting stabilty is a fact of life and is in no way a reflection of their ability.

I just feel that MiBo promotes wanting to give people a chance and the Hampton Court line up have been through so much and come through it, so they deserve to play the Royal Bertie as well as the other tour dates.

Please sign up to this worthy cause! We backed every other band member. There's a lot of love on this site so spread the word and keep the band together :-D

I agree too!! He has had way to many changes this time!!! Janis needs to come back!!!!!
Love Eileen xoxo
The new back up singers aren't nearly as good as Janis was...bring her back! We miss her! She was great and always seemed very happy and smiling, too!
I want them all but will settle for stability!
Ok ,we understand some of them have moved on by choice but for the others please bring them back.xx
Yeah, but I don't know if they would now that they have found freedom to do other stuff. It would be good to see Janis again.
Catherine, I'm a bit lost here...can you explain what you are talking about? I know there was a new guitar player in the last few concerts...has someone else left or leaving? Thanks, Gai.
Errol couldn't do several dates after Hampton Court because he had an agreement with Stevie Wonder. He has played with him as a band member before so it was a simple case of honouring an agreement. I asked him if he was able to return for the next tour stint and he said is available but hasn't been asked yet.

I asked Kiku about when the new album was coming out because I signed up to KickStart to help her with the funding for it. But Kiku hasn't been booked yet either. Ellie Smith who comes from London and normally plays along side Kiku was not at Hampton Court and there was only one talented backing singer not two or three. Janis used to fly solo sometimes but it must get lonely so if Janis came back they could chat between songs :)

The previous split was not handled well on any front. The fans want stabilty and this is a polite way of asking the management if they wouldn't mind being a little quicker in providing stability all round.

If anyone kicks off like before ie. makes it personal or turns on me again I will report it and expect serious punishment. Any one who is a TRUE FAN will know how much the band mean to Michael and will therefore support them as much as they support him.

This is just a simple request for stability and a show of loyalty waiting to be heard.
Agree 100 % Cat .xx
I do agree that as fans we deserve some kind of assurity that the band members will remain constistant for atleast the duration of the tour where possible.

Of course, some band members may have contractural obligations to fulful elsewhere with other artists and this is to be expected and understood by fans, but if band members are replaced by management for no apparent reason, or by band member choice, then this may be deemed as upsetting by some fans.

On a personal note, I would love to have JPD, Land, Tre, Janis etc... all invited back but I know that for whatever reason this may not be possible.

Having met the new band members, I have like many other fans, have enjoyed their obvious dedication to Michael and his music and to have them replaced for whatever reason, would find this rather unsettling and worrying.

As a long term fan of Michaels and whilst I understand that some band member changes are a nessessity along the way, I do strongly believe that as fans we do deserve some recognition and believe that our feelings ought to be taken into consideration when drastic changes are made.

After all, when all is said and done it is Michael Bolton we go to see in concert, but without the band.....there wouldnt be a concert would there?

So, come on management team, whats wrong with the current line up? If they arent available to honour a concert date (s), then surely out of pure courtesy and for the continuinty of the tour, a previous, much loved band member must be invited back?

Surely it makes both economical and and continuity sense, ....doesnt it?

No malice or prejudice is intended or implied in this post and this is purely MY OWN PERSONAL OPPINION!!

Wow,

As I have only seen Michael once I haven't formed an attachment with the band so I guess I see it different,

I went to watch Michael sing and not knowing Michael personnally but I have always read he is a perfectionist and therefore respect the fact that he knows what he is doing. We really don't know what's going on do we?

This world tour my understanding was that Michael went to alot of places he hadn't been to in many years and although I can't speak for all of his fans I don't think too many of Michael's fans were there for the member's of the band (No disrespect to them because they did a fanastic job) but it was really Michael I wanted to see after being a fan for so long it was one of the greatest thing's that happened to me.

I must admit alot of you have been very lucky over the years to get to know the band members as well but that's life and things change. Count your blessing that you were very lucky to be able to form a realationship with the old band member at all.
I would have loved to have got to know them as well but if the new management is the reason I have finally seen my favorite male artist after over 21 years of admiring his music than so be it call me spiteful but I was so very happy just to have seen Michael ONCE !!!!!!!!

I joined my first Michael Bolton Forum in the year 2000 or 2001 it was Delphi over the years I have read many beautiful things about Michael's old band and I do admit i was a little sad I wouldn't get to see Janis ,Jason, Land and Tre but honestly it was a dream that came true just seeing Michael.

There could be a lot of factors that we are unaware of
Just my opinion and I don't mean any malice to anyone either!

No band no Michel. The next time you go to a concert find the stage door and ask if that's where they leave from. They are all very approachable. At the end. Of the Hampton Court gig I called out to Errol, who I'd never met before, and he came over to chat. When he noticed Brian was also on stage he called out and told him to come over and speak to the fans. In all of the 5 shows prior to that night it was unprecedented! If you are on Facebook you. An hook up with the following members:

Kiku Collins, who says Hi everyone btw.
Errol Cooney.
Chad A. Wright.
Jessy J Sax.
