WELCOME EVERYONE TO THE 2016 MB TOUR REVIEW THREAD !!

Welcome everyone to the 2016 Tour Review Thread!   The upcoming year is going to be exciting with many concerts scheduled already around the globe!!!MB has some Canada and USA shows in February and March 2016 and then he heads to the UK in April 2016!!!  This is the best time to be a Bolton fan with so many concerts and we may have a Michael Bolton Charities event later in the year, we never know. Michael has multiple projects in the works and he is good at keeping us guessing. I appreciate the opportunity to start a new thread once again for 2016 to give us all a place to share the best part of being a fan--- experiencing Michael in person doing what he does best-SING!!!!!! 

I am looking forward to another fun year of posts and sharing great times by the best Michael Bolton fans in the world on this forum. I will post events to keep the thread moving along as the concerts come up as I have in the past. 

Happy Concert Time again in 2016!! Let the year long concert party begin soon!!

Hey Robin, What a great time you had, only 149 shows, dang girl, that's all. LMBO:)! Whew!!! The time we met him at his car was a memory I'll never ever forget:)! Thanks for the great review!!!

Thanks Robin for a very exciting and fun review!!! I loved reading about all the tidbits since we all know the songs by heart!! LOL How cool that you all got to catch up with MB at the end when he was leaving!! That is always the icing on the cake. I hope we all get lucky in Vegas and are able to catch up with MB :) It has been a while since I have been able to catch him after a concert!! I will try :) Did you catch 1 of the 3 guitar pics? How is it that we always have one gal in the crowd who has no self control? lol Reminds me of my last concert ;) Thanks again for a joyful review!!! Loved it!!

Hi Robin and thanks for your review! It’s fun to hear that despite the heat and humidity that the atmosphere of the show was so lively and good for you getting your special pic signed. Cool Michael plays guitar during “I got a woman”! Thanks a lot for the setlist Robin, much appreciated. What a fantastic review Robin. Thank you so very much for the detail. Trust me, you didn't ramble. Reading so much details makes me picture every encounter you had with MB. I am so glad you had fun and you got your play list signed. MB is an awesome human being. That is why we love him so much for the way he appreciates his fans, and make us happy. THANKS FOR YOUR REVIEW  SAME SETLIST AS  MY CONCERT IN HUNTINGTON NY  I AM SURE HE SANG  STAND BY ME   IT WAS THE FIRST SONG HE SANG   GREAT THAT YOU GOT TO MEET MICHAEL   ALL I GOT WAS HIS GUITAR PICK   ALSO WHERE DID HE PERFORM WAMLAW?  I AM SURE IT WAS NOT IN THE BALCONY   I THINK I FIGURE OUT WHY MICHAEL SANG IN THE SIDE BALCONY  IT IS BECAUSE OF THE CONFIGURATION OF THE THEATRE THE PARAMOUNT THEATRE IS A HYBRID THEATRE MEANING DIFFERENT WAYS OF DOING CONCERT  ON THE FLOOR LEVEL  ARE FOLDING CHAIRS   WITH PERFORMANCES WITH FLOOR SEATING   THERE ARE NO CHAIRS WHEN THERE ARE PERFORMANCES WITH A LOT OF DANCING  HENCE A DANCE FLOOR    THERE ARE BALCONY SEATS ON BOTH SIDES AND BACK  MICHAEL SANG ON THE RIGHT SIDE BALCONY BECAUSE THERE IS ACCESS TO THE STAGE  THERE IS NO ACCESS TO THE STAGE FROM THE FLOOR LEVEL   HERE IS A PICTURE OF THE VENUE

MICHAEL SANG WAMLAW ON THE RIGHT BALCONY THERE IS ACCESS TO THE STAGE BY GOING TO THE BACK AND WALKING TOWARD THE STAGE  HE HAD TO GO DOWN SOME STAIRS BACKSTAGE AND THEN CAME OUT ON THE RIGHT SIDE ON STAGE   SYLVIA THAT IS HOW HE GOT BACK ON STAGE HE DID NOT PARACHUTE DOWN   SO FOR THOSE OF YOU THINKING ABOUT GETTING BALCONY SEATS  JUST REMEMBER HE DID THIS OUT OF NECESSITY  I DO NOT THINK HE HAS EVER DONE THIS BEFORE  AND MY NOT DO THIS AGAIN (UNLESS HE PERFORM IN THIS VENUE AGAIN)

PS  THE RAMP ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE STAGE WAS NOT THERE  THE FRONT ROW SEATS WERE SOME DISTANCE FROM THE STAGE  WE WERE NOT ALLOW UP AT THE STAGE AT ANY TIME

Thanks so much Gloria about info on theatre and how he came to sing in the "balcony", (LOL) thanks !!! :)  I actually tweeted him with a pic of a cartoon character flying through the air with a parachute pack on his back and added a word bubble with "when a man loves a woman" and asked him if that was how he got back to stage.....funnily enough, he hasn't answered !!!!!!!!! LOL

Hi Gloria I said in my review he came out in the audience on the side and stood by the wall, a very short walk.  Nothing like he did there, that's not something he's going to do most times I bet, go to the balcony. I never saw him do that in my years going to see him, that was very cool he did it at your concert.

I said also I thought that he opened with Stand By Me. I was questioning myself if he did To Love Somebody before he sat down for Doc of the Bay at the Englewood Show.  Lots to remember at a concert!LOL
