Welcome everyone to the 2017 Tour Review Thread!   The upcoming year is going to be exciting with concerts scheduled already for 2017!!  MB has some USA shows starting off the year in January and more shows through early April so far and I’m sure many more to come around the globe as the year unfolds!  Also exciting for 2017 is the February 10th release of Songs of Cinema and I am betting a few more songs from the CD will make it in the tour setlist!  Woo Hoo!  This is the best time to be a fan with MB’s concerts and we may have a Michael Bolton Charities event later in the year, we never know. Michael has multiple projects in the works and he is good at keeping us guessing. I appreciate the opportunity to start a new thread once again for 2017 to give us all a place to share the best part of being a fan--- experiencing Michael in person doing what he does best-SING!!!!!!

I am looking forward to another fun year of posts and sharing great times by the best Michael Bolton fans in the world on this forum. I will post events to keep the thread moving along as the concerts come up as I have in the past.

Let the year long concert party begin and I wish concerts for all of you in 2017!! I know many fans are on other social media sites but I do hope we can continue with the exciting tour reviews here in 2017!  You all make the thread fun.

Happy Concert Time again in 2017!!

Hi ladies....oh my...there are those crazy round abouts in Poole also???? Those are CRAZY to navigate!! I am working my way up to your reviews!! lol

Kathy LAFD

Hi Ann and thanks so much for  your nicely personal review. You've managed to "season" it your own way without really repeating what the others have said. I'm really glad for you that you took a chance and made it, plus you were rewarded for doing so. :D Thanks again for sharing Ann, take care and God bless. Hugs, sincerely, Sylvie Qc Canada :D

Oh! Wow! Ann! What an awesome review & I wouldn't have worried if you accidentally repeated anything. You girls traveling in such torrential rains & round abouts & all. whew. Glad you made it to & from safely. So cool briefly meeting up with Michael, the band & having such an awesome time.

Thank you Robin, so kind of you and pleased you enjoyed my review. It was an amazing adventure and can't wait until the next one!!

Ann from Newcastle

Thanks for your kind words re my review Sylvie, I.m so pleased I took that chance too!!

Hugs

Ann

Well worth waiting for, Ann, your enthusiasm just jumps out from your review. Glad you got to say hello to Michael. Keep that smile on your face.
From Kent, on the Saturday, my journey was dreadful, not the weather but motorway roadworks forcing everyone onto smaller roads. Should have taken three hours but took six plus. And you are both right about the traffic routes in Poole itself. We had sat nav assistance but it was still confusing and at one point found ourselves travelling back parallel to where we'd been shortly before, we could even see the traffic on that road! It wasn't far back to the hotel for my husband to wait to pick me up, but he got lost at one point. Still, we got to see some amazing architecture, some of the homes down there were amazing - serious money when you park the personalised number-plated Bentley on the road, what must have been on the driveway?

Margaret in Kent

Oh Margaret I am so glad you have mentioned those "ROADS" for sure doesn't make me feel half as bad for finding it all so confusing.  For when you've driven in Canada and just about every major city in the UK, including London, to come across that place which just completely baffled me, begin to lose faith in your own driving ability !!! LOL  To think too, a million years ago, it was a lovely little harbour side town with the main attractions being aquarium, Poole Pottery and the Jolly Sailor (pub) and I so wanted to visit them all again ..... didn't stand a chance  !!!! LOL  On the "money" you are right, for all you had to see was some of the yachts etc sitting in the bay where my hotel was....beauties !!!

I.m so pleased you felt the same way about the roads in Poole Margaret, your husband was lucky only to get lost once. Sylvia and I would be embarrased to inform you, how many times we got lost in that place!!! Talk about Lost In France, new song release of Lost In Poole!!! Lol

It was lovely to meet you, and hope to see you on the road at a show in 2018!!!!

Ann from Newcastle

Hi Ann.....you made me laugh about you and Sylvia getting lost ;) I shall wait for the new song release Lost in Poole!! Priceless!!!

Kathy LAFD

Let's just say Kathy if Michael ever announces another show in Poole, "Lost In Poole" will definitely be released ..... Ann and I working on the lyrics right now !!!!!!!!!!!! LOL

Kathy LAFD
