Hi everyone, I thought it might be nice to have a thread for everyone to post their concert reviews in again like we've done in the past. It's such fun hearing about all the shows and everyone's experiences and see their photos.
Anyone attending, please post your review. Its exciting that Michael and his band are hitting the road again and traveling the world!

I had similar surgery Robin R on my right thumb. I ruptured the thumb joint and had to have a piece of my forearm tendon cut off and the dr. used it to reattach my thumb joint back together and placed a pin in for position. Unfortunately the pin was put in too slanted and now I can't open up my hand completely when I stretch it out :/ It was also very painful!! Glad it is all over for you!!!

Ouch Cathy. I can't bend my thumb down to the pinky. You know what I'm talking about--pain. Did you have occupational therapy. I did for several months. Imagine a blinky (me) typing 1-handed. I did it. Slow but sure. What I mean by blink is that we blind folks joke around&call each other blink. :D

Yeah Robin R I had months of OT and the therapist finally told the doctor there is no way to get my hand to its previous position due to the pin placement. The therapist then told me confidentially that the surgeon was now going to place the pin differently in his next patients. Go figure. My hand functions pretty well but I have lost some hand grip strength :/ Nothing major....I can still clap and get crazy at Michael's concerts!!!

Cathy, sorry for replying here but there were places that didn't have the reply feature.
Ouch with your hand. My left hand used to be 65 in strength&now, it's 25&the right hand's 37 so, once one has had surgery, you lose strength. I had difficult time clapping at Michael's last 2 concerts but my voice made up for it. :D
I hope you got my request that I accepted your friendship&all that. Hope I did it right. Whew.
Awesome about Michael being here in L. A. like on shows&stuff. I'll try to go.

Thanks for sharing the photos Carol! I was there also and it was a mind-blowing show!
For anyone who is interested, the capacity of the RAH is 5544. So a fair sized venue. I think it is also the grandeur and significance of the venue that lead to Michael giving an extended show perhaps.
Standing ovation for Nessun Dorma of course, thought the crowd were going to cheer the roof off!

Hi Phil, you’ll find out when you get the RAH DVD that Michael says that’s his favorite venue. He did 2 shows last year there, plus he recorded a DVD there: I think that may be cause for enthusiasm from everyone, don’t you? :D As far as “Nessun dorma”, Michael gets a standing ovation wherever he performs it! Thanks Phil...well that makes a lot of sense then why Michael went way out for a superb performance!! That would be electrifying!!! Back in the day he would perform at larger venues :) And of course if the venue is Michael's favorite....why then ...there is the perfect mix!!!

well what can i say ,michael was fantastic and he just get's better every time ,but best of all i actualy got to shake his hand ,i've waited so long for that moment so to me that made my night even better, i've taken quite a few picture's but not quite sure how to get them all on here ,so maybe someone can let me know how it's done i'd be very greatful as i would like to share them with everyone

Hi Audrey, Welcome to this thread and thanks for posting. So glad you had a fantastic night. Yes he gets better and better. There is a Gallery tab at the top of the forum, click that and you can add photos, make albums etc. Click on ALL ALBUMS to see other fan albums on there. I have a few of mine up too. It's a fun way to share all your pics from a concert!!
