How disappointed to see the concert still taking place despite the adverse weather and police advising you not to travel. I suppose there will be a lot of out of pocket disappointed fans like me out there.....................

A very good idea for Manchester, but like others we will be unable to attend, we are still snowed in. Even 4 X 4 vehicles are getting stuck on my road. His promoters/agents/management need to make the decision that any unused tickets for Sheffield will be refunded in full. It is not our fault that we couldn't attend. I am going to speak to 3A on Monday to see what can be done. And if they tell me it is an Act of God, I hope they are prepared to prove His existence!
I understand how you feel too Darren, it's a shame the weather is that bad right now. I hope to those that couldn't go to the Machester show can then due to this horrid weather maybe can also get a refund. Good luck, it's a shame all way around..

This would be a great idea - Simply Red put their concerts on USBs that you can buy after the show
hi i cant beleive the amount of people on here that are slating the promoters and michael for not canceling the concert ,god give them a break michael has been ill and gets moaned at for cancelling brighton so sheffield goes ahead and he gets moaned at for that i understand some people could not travel but hey he will be back again ,i live in west sussex near brighton and i managed to travel from there to sheffield the day of the concert ok ,and i travel alone ,and now im in manchester ,moaning is not getting any body anywhere be patient he will be back
Hi Helen!
I agree with You...If You really want to do something, You can do it! When I decided that I REALLY want to see Michael live, I couldn't even walk! But I wanted to see him so badly, so I needed to learn to walk again (after spending 6 years in a wheelchair), both legs were still broken. But I did it! He's music gave me the courage to do my practising, had only 3 months time, and I kept telling myself *Hold on Michael, I'm coming*! And I must have been the happiest girl in the world, when I finally were there, in RAH, London, last November and saw his show twice, in LIVE! I loved it so much, that I needed to see him again, so last January travelled to Milano, Italy, alone...with a wheelchair and from there by train to Mantova! Then again London, Costanta, Romania and London again! From Finland!!
I hope You have enjoyed all Your concert's, Helen (as I know You did; lol!) and thank You for sharing all Your pcks, videos etc. with us!

Not quite on the same scale as Jaana, but my usual lift to London let me down and so at the last minute I had to get a taxi there and back which cost me a lot of extra money that I hadnt previously budgeted for, but needs must when you are up againast it and the situation requires some extra will power and gumption.

Helen has been driving totally alone and through the night for the majority of her travels trying to keep up with the tour bus and I think that is extremely brave and dedicated of her. Mad, but I definately think she is one hell of a Bolton Fan for doing this especiallly as she wasnt that confidant when driving long distances before and in Towns that she was totally unfamiliar with too.

I love driving, but due to my health and dodgy legs, am unable to drive for much further than about 40 miles, but even if I could, I dont think I would be as brave as Helen driving all over the country and travelling abroad the way she has. She deserves a medal for bravery and dedication in face of advercity!! Ha Ha!!

Good on you Helen, you are my hero!!

Love Jennifer XXX
Agree with everything you have said about Helen...... certainly deserves a medal! xx
Hi Helen,
I was meant to be at Brighton on Tuesday, NO way was I mad at MB but at the weather and the way this country dealt with the snow and disruptions. I was defeated by the snow before news of the cancellation was out, I have to say I was relieved to hear it got cancelled because still up until the last moment I was still trying to work out a way to go, at least with it cancelled there was no show to go to! Also poor MB being sick obviously needed the night off, we all know he wouldn't cancel a concert lightly. I also think that if it was cancelled there might be a chance of it being rescheduled, well I can hope can't I!

Good to see on your videos that MB was on the road to recovery and a great new hair cut!

hi oz yes i was due to go to brighton to but had a feeling it might be cancelled as i could see michael was not well in bristol very werid how you can sense these things but at the end of the day michaels health comes first before any concert otherwise no one will have any concerts ,but i live about 45 miles from brighton and even though the concert was still cancelled i still drove to brighton that night as a precous friend who was staying there was due to go home the next day back to there country and i wanted to see her before she went back ,and although it took me over 3 hours to get back home that night sliping and sliding and very poor visability when you want something bad enough you do it ,or i do take care oz x

Hi Helen, the the road is clear that's the main thing. Snow is so pretty if you don't have to travel in it. Thanks so much for sharing!!!
Robin :)
Helen, I don't know how you did it....... taking photos and driving at the same time!!! lol, I know you are having such a fab time..... you are gonna have to come down to earth very slowly!! after your tour... you must be more tired than Michael.... at least he doesn't have to drive himself!

Take Care
Love Carol (London) x
