Need help with song

I think this song I am looking for is a MB song but not sure.  It was out in the early 90's (on a jukebox in a local tavern I went to) and I do not know the name of the song sadly.  It had the word completely in it but it was not Completely.  It was a very slow love song though - very very slow.  Extreme romantic song as well.  Any ideas anyone?  I am sorry i do not have any more to offer.

Check out the above link also, Michael Grimm sings When a Man Loves a Woman on America's Got Talent. To bad you don't get that show in Germany it is very good.  He will do well I am sure, I did just get his new CD.  But there is no comparison to our Michael!

Hi again Jennifer,

I have been thinking again now that you aren't even sure it was a Michael Bolton song I thought of another song.  It doesn't have the word "completely" in it, and was released in 1990.  It is a very romantic slow song, not a piano only a guitar on it.  Just an idea, listen to it.

Thats not it :-)  I do karaoke and was a kj at one point and this is not it :-) thats why this is bugging me so bad cause I can have people hum a song or give me just a few words and I can get their song for them.  So why can't I do it for myself lol?

Thank you I am going to keep trying - it was "our song" and it just seems to fit into my life right now even though I have not seen him (my boyfriend) for over 10 years now.  It spoke to my heart then and I just need to hear it kwim?

Yes,  I know what you mean.  Sounds like you are reminiscing about the good ol' days.  That's OK as long as it's not to upsetting for you. 

I take out scrapbooks and old photos every once and awhile and look at them.

Nah we parted on good terms and if it had not been so long we probably could be a couple again :-)  I sometimes felt we knew each other at the wrong time.  But ehhh it is water under the bridge now :-)  I just really want to hear that song so I can move past some current stuff.  I use music to heal myself.

I've been reading this thread very carefully today and have enjoyed the reviews and the 'look backs at' the old songs. I hope you find the song that you've been so desperately searching for. I hate it when you have a song in your head, but cant work out what it is or who its by!
