8/11/16 concert in NJ
Hope I do this correctly so it actually posts...won't go into a lot of detail about what he sang as I'm sure someone may have already covered all that!! Will just say...I like his version of Stand By Me & was glad he did Steel Bars since it's my favorite (and told him that after the show when he came out to visit with everyone) There was a very vocal lady in the audience that always yells...turn around, have seen & heard her at other shows..but it's still always funny!! Michael kept throwing guitar picks at her.. possibly hoping to distract her... didn't work & she never caught a single one, but she was lucky enough to get Drew's drum sticks at the end of the concert & she never even asked him to turn around..go figure!! My friends...The Bolton Buddies..or as Ruki affectionately calls them...The Bolton Babes(Sally, Lee, Elena, Joy & Joyce..we were missing Debbie) had custom made t-shirts on that read...Michael Bolton for President...he got a smile on his face when he saw them! Also noticed when he holds the mic out for the audience to sing along...he almost always holds it in the same spot, so if you're lucky enough to be sitting in 1 of those spots...looks like he wants YOU to sing along. Best part was when Ruki & Ashley came out to personally thank the Bolton Babes for the shirts & flowers..the girls are always happy to see the Bolton Babes(Sally, Lee, Elena, Joy, Joyce & Debbie)!! It was another fun night ending with Micheal coming out back after the show to sign autographs & pose for pix!!!

Dawn is a "casual admirer", lol, we joke that she's a seat filler. She rides with me if I need someone to ride along. I think something was wrong with the site for a few days, she told me she kept getting error messages. I had been to, as I couldn't get our President shirt picture to post.

Sally, I think there was something wrong too....thought it was just me!!!LOL I tried for a couple days to get on and only made it once after waiting for ever. Everything else was opening fine. I checked it out with the server and they had had problems but said not then...but I think they were! ;)

Welcome Dawn and good to see you on the fan site. Thanks for sharing your fun night, as Sylvie said below we have a thread just for concert reviews. I think you are more than just a seat filler after a few years going to all the shows with Sally. :) Was nice seeing you again in Englewood.
